You were baking muffins with Minamoto Kou because Tsukasa requested for it. You explained about it to Kou and he agreed. You could've actually baked it yourself but you wanted to save time.
"(L/N)-senpai, so do you like Tsukasa?" Kou asked you out of the blue.
You immediately blushed and whispered: "Kind of, I guess...... Just because you are my best friend that's why I'm telling you so...... Don't tell anyone ok?"
"Ok but don't tell anyone I had a relationship with Mitsuba!" he replied.
The both of you made a promise then continued baking the muffins. Kou decided to make choco banana muffins because it's the best muffin flavour!
Meanwhile, Tsukasa thought you have tuition classes since you lied to him for the suprise. He was feeling dissapointed although you asked Hanako to hang out with him to kill time.
"WHERE'S (Y/N)-CHAN?! IT'S SOOO BORING!" Tsukasa yelled.
"Woah brotha chill!" Hanako comforted him but he's still spinning in circles.
When you are done, Kou helped you pack it in a cute little muffin box. Well, two cute little muffin boxes. Can't forget about Hanako!
You waved goodbye to Kou and thanked him gratefully. You ran off to the rooftop and you saw Tsukasa. He was with a girl!
"That girl just came suddenly! I thought it was Tsumi but she's just someone random! I was here waiting cuz she said she wants 'privacy' with Tsukasa!" Hanako explained.
You handed a muffin box to Hanako then secretly hear what were they talking about. You regretted your decision. The girl was confessing to him.
"Tsukasa-san, I like you a lot! Like...... love like! Can I be your girlfriend?" the girl said as you were struck with lightning.
You knew Tsukasa has a soft heart so he might accept. You thought: Please don't accept her, I was so close- I never tried telling him! Well I was planning to and practiced everyday so please-
"I'm sorry, I have someone I like and I will never betray my love for her, I can't be yours, I'm sorry!" Tsukasa replied.
You didn't understand what he meant but you kept quiet about it.
He complimented the muffins you made on the first second he saw it. He thanked you and ate it happily.
Hanako knew something was off of you. But you kept thinking, who was Tsukasa's crush. You wished it could be you.
