Daichi x child reader

This was requested by the lovely @StaryFreckles   Thank you soo much for this and i hope yall like this.

Title: bug adventure 

 Daichi was walking to his sons room a little scared.

" (m/n) has been very quiet........ I don't like it." he mumbled to himself. He got to your door and opened it only so that hes eyes could see what you were doing. He saw you sitting at you desk witch consisted of a lamp and many glass aquariums. 

"hey (m/n) whatcha doing?"

" im inspecting the stag beetle that i found outside yesterday."

" oh really find anything interesting yet?"

" yeah i did, i figured out that its 7 months old because of how many lines it has on its legs." (that is total bullshit by the way.)

" cool cool" Dadchi said while rubbing the back of his neck. " well i just wanted to tell you that we are going to meet up with my old team mates later so get dressed and come downstairs." 

" ok dad."

*time skip to after you got ready*   

" hey dad so where are we going to meet your team at?"

" were are going to a park near the forest, if your not interested in what were talking bout you can go find some bugs if you want."

" cool thanks dad."

" no problem."

As you were walking to the park with your brown hair flowing in the wind. You were only a feew feet from the park everything was quiet then someone yelled. "RRRRRROOOOOOOOLLLLLIIIIINNNNGG TTTHHHHHHUUUUUUUNNNDDDDEEEERRRR!!!!!!!"

" hey dad Uncle Noya is at it again."

" i know i can hear too."

Once you arrived you were suddenly picked up and spun around.

" Tanaka put (m/n) down." you heard a very motherly type of voice say."

" But Suga I want to teach my little kohai how to be a badass."

" Tanaka don't say such vulgure words in front of (m/n)."

" Gomen Daichi."

Tanaka put you down and you headed to where Tsukishima and Yamaguchi were sitting.

" hey guys."

" hey (m/n)."

" hey shrimpy."

You sat down on the left side of Tsukishima while Yamaguchi was on his right. You guys sat and talked about stuff until you got bored. You hoped off the bench to see you dad and Suga talking, and Hinata and Kageyama fighting. You were walking towards the forest that your dad was talking about before you got to the park. You walked around for a bit before you saw this huge centipede. at least 7 cm. you picked it up and let it crawl over your hand and arm.  You played with the bug for a while and you sat up and walked to were you were sitting before with the centipede still crawling on you arm. You sat next to Tsukishima and showed him you centipede which you now name Saiki. 

" hey Tsukishima look what i found in the forest, i named him Saiki."

" cool, hey i have an idea how 'bout you go scare shorty with it."

" hey don't be mean Tsuki."

" Shut up Yamaguchi."

" Gomen Tsuki."

" I think that i might like scaring Hinata." you mumbled quietly to yourself.

You made you way to Hinata with Saiki hidden inside your hands. Once you stood in front Hinata you told him something. " hey Hinata I have a surprise you hidden inside of my hands."

" Oh really can i see!!"
" yeah you can i'll show you in 3.....2......1!"

you opened you hands to show him Saiki as soon as you opened you hands it took him a while to process what was in your hands once he did he screamed an ran for his life.

" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

" come on Hinata-senpai he just wants to say hi."

" (MMMMM/NNNNNNN) GET IT AWAY FROM MMMMEEEEEEEEE!!!"

After about 20 minutes of chasing Hinata around with Saiki, Daichi said that it was time to go home. 

" hey dad can i keep Saiki pleeaasssee." you gave him you best puppy eyes. You rarely ever begg for anything so he said yes. 

Once at home you when to one of you empty glass aquariums and put Saiki in it. You talked to him even when you knew that he wouldn't talk back. You told him that you would protect him no matter the cost.

Daichi walked in the room and told you to go to bed. 

" good night dad."

" good night (m/n)."

Once he left you said good night to Saiki. 

* time skip to 8 months later* 

Today was a very sad day for you. Last night while you were asleep Saiki died. You didn't realize until the noon. You walked over to the glass aquarium trying to take Saiki out and play with him. Once you picked him up you realized that he wasn't moving. You let him be for a few moments but he still didn't move so you brought him to Daichi. Daichi didn't know how to tell you this but he told you straight forward that Saiki had died.  You were devastated. Daichi had invited the whole team to Saiki's funeral that was held in the forest that you had found him.  Once you got home you look at the now empty aquarium and told yourself that Saiki was in a better place now.
