Once Lime appeared, the other ghosts showed a mix of joy and sadness.
Brown floated over to them, tackling them. "Lime! You're here!"
"But that's not good..." Red said. "Black is so close to winning!"
"We won't let them win!" Orange said, determined. "There's only four of us here. Not a lot considering how long it's been since we've landed."
"It's so crazy to think that we're dead..." Brown said wondrously.
"Why was I the one that had to die first..." Orange said sadly. Red laughed and put a hand on their back. "It's alright," Red laughed.
"So, are you guys done with your tasks?" Lime asked. The others nodded. Lime looked at Purple, who was sitting at the center cafeteria table, doing nothing. Lime floated over and sat next to them. "I think I'll stay here."
"Understandable," Brown said. "We'll be around if you need us."
Lime nodded as the others floated off.
"It's alright Purple. We'll win. I know we will." Lime said. They knew Purp couldn't hear them, but they still talked to them. They sat at the table, telling Purple everything that happened with the ghosts. They thought for a second, then floated closer. "You'll never hear this, but I love you."
Purple perked up and Lime stared at them, wondering if they heard them. Purple looked next to themself where Lime was. Lime stared back. Did they hear them? Lime laid their head on Purples shoulder. Purple turned back to the table, relaxing a little more. "We'll beat Black. I promise."
