Jade's Pov
I've always loved winter. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because it's the time of year I feel most
Sad or maybe the logic answer would be because it's when I spend most of my time with beck. Either way it's when I feel most content. I love the layer
Of frost on the windows and how you can see your warm breath in the air. Most importantly I love being with Beck and drawing our initials in the glazed with ice windows and laughing at our breaths in the air.
~flashback~
Snow engulfed the paths of every street in Canada. It was the first time meeting Becks family, I was nervous, rejection is my biggest fear and I have a great longing for the feeling of acceptance ; so this meant a lot to me. I knew I'd have to tone my personality and opinions down for a while but that didn't matter to me even though I usually don't bother changing for someone else this was worth it, for me, for beck, for us.
His family loved me so now was the time
To make memories, memories we'd never forget and always remember.
We stayed awake until 5am dancing in the dark under the stars a cliche I know but to me that meant everything. We wandered around the streets clustered with shops until our noses were frozen and pink. We kissed until our lips were warm with no care in the world. It was just us them few days nothing and no one else mattered. He's all I've ever wanted and all I'll ever need.
