Baileys POV
Alan texted me, telling me there was no practice, since it was gonna be different later anyway. We were racing in the rain tonight and boy was I excited. This was another race I needed to get through to the Round of 8. Noah was focusing on his driving and we haven't been stuck to the hip like we were before. And yet I still can't stop thinking about if Noah really kissed me. It felt real, but at the same time I felt like I was imagining it. I heard a knock on my door and jumped off the couch to answer it, thinking it was Hallie.

"Be right there Hals!" I giggled. I hadn't gotten dressed for the day so I was just wearing a giant t-shirt that Noah had bought for me as a joke. It was his merch. I opened the door standing in nothing but my underwear and the shirt, but it wasn't Hallie that was standing there. It was Noah. I squeaked and stood behind the door, peaking my head out.

"I mean...hey." I said lowering the tone of my voice.

"Hey. You left this in my car the other night. I kept forgetting to give it back." He says, handing me my gloves.

"I was wondering where the hell I put these." I said to myself. Noah smiles at me like I was the world.

"Goodluck racing in the rain tonight." He says and walks away. Hallie replaced his spot.

"Oh you have a lot to tell me." She says, grabbing my wrist and shutting my door.

"I don't understand why you don't just go up to him and make it clear you like him." Hallie scoffs.

"Because I don't know if it was real!!" I defended.

"Oh honey I know it was real." I smiled rolling my eyes.

"What about tomorrow? I'll talk to him before. Or after. Probably before the race."

"Damn right you will." She says making me breakfast.

Well...here I am. Sitting in my truck waiting for the red flag to lift. Someone had spun out and completely wrecked the front end of their car. Alan was back with me and so was John.

"I can't tell you how much I missed yall." I chuckled.

"Oh come on. Connor wasn't that bad."

"He couldn't tell which was the 98."

"Yeah he was pretty bad." Alan admits. "Cautions out. Fire it up." I pulled down pit road for new tires and fuel. I finished with a second place finish.
"Oh yeah we are for sure moving on to round of 8 with all the position points you racked up. Dave's asking you to talk some sense into his driver tomorrow before the race." Alan chuckles.

"Oh I probably will." I laughed, getting out of the car and taking off my helmet. Alan was standing next to me with the umbrella while Jamie interviewed me.

It was the same thing over an over again. I walked back to the garage with Alan.

"We're auctioning off the helmet. We need you to do a video." I was recorded while I signed the helmet in sharpie on the visor.

"I am auctioning off this helmet. The money is going towards animal shelters all over Daytona to help where we can." I smiled, holding up the helmet. Alan posted it on twitter and Ebay was already blowing up.

"That didn't take long." I chuckled.

"That's what she said." Noah whispers in my ear. I turned around really fast and hugged him. "Missed me that much, huh?"
He asks, wrapping his arms around my waist. I hummed and layed my head on his chest and watched the rain pour down from the tin roof of the garage. He takes my hand and walks me towards his truck and drives me back to the hotel. Hallie left a note on my bed that she had gone home with Zach. Noah went to leave but I grabbed his hand.
