Quirk Name: Frostburn
Quirk Description: Frostburn is a mixture of a transformation and an Emitter type quirk. Y/N can turn parts of her body into fire and ice, and her fire is blue. She can also expel them outward, but her ice isn't as strong as her brother's and her range isn't as far.
The drawbacks to her quirk are her body temperature fluctuates a lot when using it, that's why she tries not to turn her entire body into fire or ice. On top of that, water can be a hindrance to her. If she uses her fire too much it does start to burn her skin, and she gets bad frostbite when overusing her ice- so bad to the point her limb will be covered in ice and limp until it regains some heat. She also can get dehydrated or heatstroke from overuse.
