The five setters walked out of the mall, ready to put their plans into action.
Stage 1: Be more cold and less clingy
The next morning, Atsumu didn't send Sakusa any good morning texts like he usually does, confusing Sakusa a bit. Even though he never answered Atsumu's texts, he still enjoyed reading them. He tried to shake it off, but it just wouldn't leave his head. Meanwhile at Shiratorizawa and Fukurōdani Academy, Semi and Akaashi were texting each other almost all day. Bokuto wasn't jealous since he was aware of what they're doing since his boyfriend told him. In the corner of Semi's eye, he noticed Shirabu and his teammates staring at him. He was laughing a little bit at Akaashi's texts which caused everyone to stare at him, since he didn't laugh over a text that often.
"Who are you texting~?" Tendou asked teasingly.
"Just Akaashi." Semi replied, still looking at his phone.
Shirabu raised his eyebrows in confusion, and Semi noticed. "Akaashi?" Shirabu spoke up. "I didn't know you guys texted each other."
"Yeah, he's actually a really fun person." He chuckled lightly. "Why do you care?" The grey haired boy asked questioningly, but not in a petty way. More like an unscathed way.
"Nothing.. Just wanted to know." Shirabu stated while picking up a volleyball and walking away.
