The Raven Method is a very common method used when shifting. It's also a very good Method to use if your not good at visualization.
So basically what you want to do is get ready for bed like normal and make sure you have a minimum of distractions. I recommend meditating to clear your mind and relax, but you don't have to. You can also turn subliminal on but you don't have too. Lay down and get into a starfish position without any of your limbs touching. Close your eyes and slowly count to 100, say affirmation in between each number. If you start to feel like your floating and get tingles don't worry that's perfectly normal. After you get to 100 you can either fall asleep and wake up in your DR, or you can keep affirming and visualizing till you get your sign you've shifted.
