Chapter 1

"You're really leaving?" A man with grey eyes stood behind her as she put her stuff in a bag.

Her [e/c] eyes looked at her with determination, her [h/c] looks fall behind her back. "Halo, " she called her friend. "I am certain that I would never regret this decision."

"But what about the king?" He asks. "He wouldn't like it, " he said.

She pulled an envelope out of her pockets as she handed it to him. "That's my farewell letter for him, " she said directly.

He let out a sigh, "I can't change your mind, can't I?" He mumbled to himself. "Alright then, you should go now before the king called you himself."

She nods as she put her claim around her, "thank you Halo. Watch the king for me," she said as she grabs her bag and started heading towards the halls.

[Y/n] Esmeralda [L/n], Esmeralda is the name given to you by your king, Technoblade. The reason is that he found her living alone by a small cottage with green and healthy plants around it. He found her when she was fifteen while he is eighteen, he took her in because of her workmanship skills. She wasn't exact the best of the best but she wasn't bad of the badest either. Technoblade took her in because she saw the potential within her, the way that she fought him with fire in her eyes, he wants to see more of that. So he kept you close by promoting you to be his personal knight (and kind of an advisor).

She walks down the halls as she sees some of the servants and knights looking at her with confusion or with sorrow. A blue blurred past them as he stands in front of the former knight.

"You're leaving?" His eyes who could be mistaken as diamond look at her.

"My apologies, Skeppy. You do know what I desire the most, do you not?" She asks him calmly.

"Yeah I know but, I didn't know it would be this soon!" He exclaimed as he looks at the ground with frustration. He looks up to you and says, "let me come with you!"

"No, " you simply said. "You need to watch the king for me."

"How can we do that?!" Skeppy asks you. "You're the one who can calm him down when he's having thoughts about doing a killing spree!"

Ah, she remembers that his king is obsessed with blood. King Technoblade is a bloody tyrant, who receives the title 'The God of Blood'. He kills everyone who came across his path. But the lay wondered why she hasn't died because she's been saying words or opinions that could trigger his bloodlust. All he did is look at her and say, 'please do tell more.'

Skeppy only looks at her calm face but her eyes tell that she was yearning for freedom. He only sighs at her, "go before I change my mind."

She smiles at him, "thank you." She said as she continues walking away off to the stables. In her surprise she saw Spifey and Punz with her horse.
