I kind of figured it was cause he was so happy that I showed everyone my true felling and not just to him.

All we see is kageyama and hinata kissing through the window then tsukkishima compliment the two idiots of the team then Yamaguchi and tsukkishima kissing really roughly. It was just to much for the day so everyone cuddled up with their boyfriends and slept in the hall with each couple sleeping on a mattress and with a blanket.
