Almost the entire year went by like a massive montage. All of your lessons, matches, bonds. They told you all about the struggles the had to face these past 3 years. Their only teenagers. You were all close as can be, of course, but you and Ron had always been... closer. You had so much in common despite some of your contrasts and backgrounds. But Draco and his goons had been lurking in the shadows.
Then you realised you had a crush on Ron. But you just didn't know how to tell him. You couldn't really get a moment alone with him with your busy schedule. But Draco didn't know that... and he tried to get Hermione with Ron, despite being in love with her. It was like the betrayal where everyone was miserable. Of course... we didn't know who they liked, if they liked anyone at all. Which hurt more then any pain a bludger could give...
