YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"tsukki!!"
tsukishima kei turned around to see his bestfriend running towards him with a big smile on his face.
it was just 7 in the evening, and tsukishima usually goes home at around 8 or 9.
"hey, you're early."
he put down the clipboard he was holding on a table near him and gave his friend a hug.
YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"of course! it's been
a while since we last
saw each other and i
got a little excited."
as soon as the hug ended, yamaguchi scratched the back of his head and gave the blonde an apologetic smile.
"it's fine, i can leave
early today."
"where's yachi-san?
i thought she was
going with you?"
at the mention of the girl's name, tsukishima saw the way yamaguchi's face turned red.
this made the blonde raise an eyebrow.
"are you serious?"
"you still haven't
confessed to her?"
YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"h-hey! i'm planning
on doing it tonight
after the reunion!"
YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"i actually have it all
planned out already.
i'll walk her home and
then i'll confess... i guess."
"what a plan."
YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"says the one who
never dated anybody
before!"
tsukishima rolled his eyes playfully before turning around to fix his things.
"say that to
yourself, too."
YAMAGUCHI TADASHI
"hey, i dated someone
before! but it was
only for a few days..."
yamaguchi's voice trailed off at the last part, making tsukishima smirk, still not facing his friend.
"right, johzenji's
captain when we
were still first-years."
tsukishima finished cleaning up and stuffed his car keys and phone inside his pocket before facing yamaguchi.
