Red Lipstick (Jung Hoseok Pt.2)

Y/N's POV

"Sohn Hyun Woo? When did you and Y/N.. become a 'thing'?" Hoseok said and before I could speak, Rose talked over me.

"It doesn't matter when they became a thing Hoseok! She's moved on! Y/N chose Sohn Hyun Woo just like you chose Yoon Bo Mi!" Rose stated, nudging Hyun Woo over to me.

"Rose.." I stuttered but she was too caught up in her own steam. "Chaeyoung." Her eyes drifted towards me, anger engulfed in them. "Please stop.. this isn't helping anything right now.. I don't want to lie about this because-"

"No Y/N." Rose said. "You should've told me about this when you called me to meet up with you, now I'm even more angry just looking at the prick." She turned away from me and back to Hoseok and Bomi. "And you- you little shit of a friend. Hooking up with Hoseok? Knowing he was in a relationship? And with your best friend of all people? She trusted you!" Bomi chuckled.

"No Chaeyoung, like you said, Y/N chose that Sohn Hyun Woo guy just like Hoseok picked me." She smirked and placed a kiss on Hoseok lips, leaving a sheer red lipstick stain across them.

'That damn red lipstick..' Was all I thought about in that moment.

"Y/N... let me at her." Before any fights broke out, I grabbed Rose and the waiter Sohn Hyun Woo, dragging them by their wrists out of the building. "Y/N what the heck?"

"No Rose, just no. Listen.." I turned to Hyun Woo. "I'm sorry you had to get involved in this. It's not just an awkward first impression but a really uncomfortable situation to be put in. You didn't deserve to be mangled into this because my friend here thought making my ex jealous with another man was a good idea... and I know this is out of random, but how do you and Hoseok know each other?" I asked.

"We went to school together, and also worked as trainees together, but I left the company because I had many trainee absences. Now I'm working at this small cafe so I can afford to get into training programs again. And, Hoseok, and you, I have no idea what's going on honestly, but you seem almost, petrified and anxious about this all. That lady with him.. did he cheat on you with her..?" I looked away and heard Hyun Woo speak up again, but this time, embracing me in his arms. My mouth slightly agape at his gesture.

"I understand.. completely what this is like, and I'm terribly sorry that this happened to you. That just means he wasn't the one for you, because if he really wanted to be with you, their'd be no other options but you." My eyes widened by his words, sudden tears sprinkling down my cheeks.

It was a few minutes before I pulled away, embarrassed as I noticed a damp spot on his shirt.

"I'm sorry.." I wiped my face and Hyun Woo just chuckled.

"It seemed like you needed to be comforted." He smiled as his eyes averted to people walking in the cafe. "It seems to be getting pretty busy so I should go, maybe visit the cafe again?" I nodded and he bowed, running back in, Hoseok and Bomi following out.

"Y/N, I need to speak with you." Hoseok said walking over to me and Rose.

"She has no business with you Hoseok." Rose stated.

"It's okay, I want to hear what he has to say." I said as I looked up at him.

"Can we speak alone?" He looked over to Rose and she just scoffed.

"Y-yes." I went with him to the corner of the cafe before I felt Hoseok rough hands push me against the wall.

"When did you and Sohn Hyun Woo get together? Were you cheating on me as well? Was I not good enough for you?" His eyes bleed through my skin but what felt like piercing, sharp needles.

"W-what?" I was so shaken up I could hardly form words.

"We're you cheating on me?" He said again.

"N-no.. no! I wasn't! I only just knew him today... wait.. why do you want to know? You're the one that cheated on me! With Bomi! And I bet you enjoyed it didn't you!" I said in return.

"I didn't enjoy it! Y/N I miss you!" I grabbed his chin and rubbed my thumb against his lips in a harsh manner, then showing him my thumb.

"This, this is enough to know you weren't even thinking about me. Was having sex all night really worth giving up the years we had together!? I guess it was.. if only I was wearing that red lipstick.. Maybe you would've never cheated on me.." I sniffled and became quiet again. "Goodbye Hoseok.." I ran off to find Rose and as I found her, Bomi as well, I slapped Bomi, specifically to let my thumb graze her cheek. "Take your damn lipstick back." I said before grabbing Rose and walking back into the cafe. "And you know what Hoseok!" I looked around to find Hyun Woo, and as I did, I went over and pulled him down to my height, kissing him aggressively but with passion. "Meet me tonight at 7, and bring a friend."
