" You're late." you said rolling your eyes as he sat down on the little study table.
"thanks for stating the obvious moron." he scoffed taking out his textbooks and notebook.
" tch. whatever" you sighed as you turned your textbook to todays lesson. It was the second week of tutoring and you just wanted to get this over with. you decided to be return his nasty attitude and gave him a pop quiz.
"pop quiz!" you said clasping your hands together and giving him a sarcastic smile. He looked up at you and gave you a dirty look. "what? are you afraid?" you smirked and he just rolled his eyes.
" You little shit." he scoffed. and once again you returned the attitude.
"right back at ya!" you smiled. "now, less talking more working." you said clearing your throat. "okay. so the test will consist of 15 questions. I'll read you each question in English, and all you have to do is give the correct answer in English as well. got that?" you said as you looked up from your textbook.

" Whatever just hurry up. I want to leave already." he said looking at you.
𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮𝓼𝓴𝓲𝓹 𝓽𝓸 𝓪𝓯𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓺𝓾𝓲𝔃~
" wow." you said looking at your paper.
"what?" Kageyama said looking up to meet your gaze.
"You really are dumb huh?" you said not breaking eye contact. before he could respond you placed his paper in front of him. he just stared at it as you started packing up your belongings and got up to leave.
" later." you said throwing a peace sign at him before heading out to lunch. You sighed as you reached the vending machines. 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘬𝘪𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘱𝘪𝘥? 𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴? you thought as you recalled his test scores, 4/15.
"ugh. whatever." you shrugged it off and proceed to get banana milk from the vending machine. you then walked off to the nearest available bench and sat down. you weren't really that hungry so you just took out your bento box and ate your fruit.
After the lunch bell rang, you headed to your last period of the day. To your luck, your teacher wasn't feeling well so he decided to leave early giving you and your classmates a free period. you didn't feel like talking to anyone so you put on your headphones and doodled in your journal until the dismissal bell rang.

Once the bell rang, you headed to the girl's locker room. before you reached the entrance, you felt a tap on your shoulder. you turned around to see who it was, and there he was.
"What now?? I have practice so hurry up and tell me what you need." you said sternly.
" Why did you give me such a low score on the pop quiz? you did it on purpose, didn't you?" Kageyama snapped back in a annoyed tone.
" And why would I do that?" you responded. "I may be bitchy sometimes but I take this very seriously, you earned that quiz score. if you don't like it then you should start paying more attention to what I teach you." You said as you started to take off your shoes and opened the door to the locker room.
" Anyways if that's all, I need to get going. See you later." you waved not looking back as you entered the the locker room.

" Tch. such a bratty little shit." he thought as he headed to the gym. "I need extra tutoring but how do I tell her? she hates me." he was too caught up with his thoughts that he didn't notice Suga was calling for him.
"hey Kageyama, is everything all right? you seem...distracted." Suga asked me a bit of concern could be heard from his voice.
"h-hai... I'm okay. I was just thinking about how I could raise my grades for English class." I said as we both walked inside the gym and greeted the others.
"oh.. is there anyone that can maybe tutor you? I can help you out a bit if you need-"
" Arigato Sugawara~senpai. I was actually assigned with a tutor but she's such a bratty little shi-" "language, Kageyama" Suga said with a sigh. "Gomen.'' I said. After that all I kept thinking was about y/n. For some reason, as annoying as she was I liked spending time with her. She was really smart, and funny. "ugh what am I saying." I mentally faced palmed myself and sighed.
"it's not like I like her, Right?"
