Story #1(this one actually happened to me haha so this is my own story)

I'm a young girl (13female) I'm really tall on my age 172cm. I have a little deeper voice and a bit grown face and you can't even tell if I'm a kid or not. And with the mask it's crearly impossible. This one story happened to me last week. (I had dark blue face mask with white dots on it)
That week I went to the store to buy something for my grandma on Christmas so I went to that store. (It's a bigger store) I live in Czech Republic and as you know her is the worst Corona. Anyway I was at the mall and ofc with face mask. (I had on myself blue jeans and black hoodie)
I was looking random in the mall to try to figure out what to buy (ended up getting nothing). Then I went into the aisle with candies and chocolates. You know what I mean
Then after a while I felt like a hand tapped my shoulder and as I turned around I saw what I didn't want to. It was KAREN with her Kid. The conversation went like this:

I looked at the women who was like 40/45 and the kid looked around 5-7
"do you need something? Am I standing in your way to get something?" I said as calm as I can cuz I HATE when I have to speak to someone and it makes me really uncomfortable and a bit angry

I looked at her confused. She wasn't from our country that's for sure. (I'm not racist)
We were both speaking Czech but I will try to translate it into English with my best. (Im really good at English btw)

She looks at me pissed and then She said
"Find me ------(the product)."
"But miss I don't work here-"
"Just find it. It's your job after all."
She was really pissed.
"Im sorry but I can help you I don't work her-"
She was going into a tomato mood. Not from embaresment but from how angry she was. I kept telling her that I didn't work there but she was still trying to get the product through me. I don't even know where is the milk and she want something that I didn't even know that it was in the mall too. The convo went like this about 5 minutes and now she was DARK RED. She looked at her daughter and started telling her how stupid and lazy I am for not helping her find something. She was telling that in ENGLISH. I was looking at her. Maybe she thought that I'm that stupid that I can't understand English.
Her daughter replied in English
"Mom I think she can speak English too"
Her mom looked at me and I replied
"Yes I can speak English very good so please leave me alone. Like I said I DON'T work here and don't call me stupid or lazy. If you want anything just go find it or ask an actual worker here. I'm done with you."
And I just walked away from the store and as I turned around for the last time at her she was just standing there looking at me deadly in the eyes. I hate when someone give me that look (I can make myself look like a demon and I can just use my eyes to do it) I gave her the most scarier look she ever seen and her kid started to cry as I did it.
I was proud of myself that I solve the situation like that
