Chapter 5: what a tired day

I started to wake up with a horrible headache. I saw Lucas staring down at me, Dustin looking around all over the place calling for help. I heard a little chuckle and than saw Mike run into one of the hallways.
"Ass holes!" He shouted.
I finally had the strength to sit up.
"Holy shit, are u all right?" Asked Dustin.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
Lucas just looked at me for a little bit and then looked away.
"I think I'm just gonna head home." I said as I was getting up from the hard school ground.
"What? You can't just go home. Not after that." Lucas said concerned
"What is it happens again? Just come to Mikes for a little while until u feel better."
I wanted to say that I did feel better but I would be lying and either way, if I actually was feeling better, he would still make me go so why fight it?
"Okay" I said pretty quietly.
After about 10 minutes we have arrived at Mikes house. We didn't do much. We watched back to the future and than just read some comics. I have been there for 3 hours and I actually did feel better. I looked at Lucas to tell him I was going home.
"Can I at least walk you home? Just in case?" He said in a whisper.
I smiled
"Sure."
"Okay guys I will be right back." He said to Mike and Dustin
"Ok bye." Said Mike.
"See you later!" Dustin kinda screamed.
We started walking back to my house in silence for most of it until Lucas decided to ask a question.
"Are you sure your feeling okay?"
I looked at him for a few seconds.
"Yes. I guess my stomach wasn't feeling too good so I fainted."
Lucas looked at me.
"Okay. But call if you need anything."
I didn't even notice but we were almost at my house. I looked back at him and nodded. Lucas stopped right in front of the house.
"Promise?" He asked
"Yes." I said with a smile.
I went into my house and noticed Lucas was still there.
"Mom?" I said loudly
"Hey mom!" I said even louder.
My parents weren't actually there, I just didn't want Lucas to know that I was home alone. Especially after what happened today. After I saw Lucas leave the drive way, I flopped right on my bed. I was so tired , I felt like I was going to faint again. I couldn't help it, I had to go to sleep.
