"hi"

"So tell me, what exactly is your power?" Kurapika asks. Getting right to the point.

"Hmm, well if I have a conversation with someone and I am able to see them in person, face to face, I can see there whole life, tell them what they feel like, tell them what makes them strong and weak, tell them things they probably never new about them selves" I could tell her was surprised by the gasp he made.
"Wow, that's amazing" he says in awe
I shrug my shoulders "nothing special really." I say putting my hands on my neck and crossing my legs.

"Why don't you open your eyes?" Kurapika asks

"I really don't know what will happen. I have only used my powers once but I can't remember anything about it." I say looking up at the ceiling with my eyes still closed.

"Well for you to be able to meet your family you will have to open your eyes. So might as well try it out on me. If things go wrong I am always here to help, and if things do get bad then we can find a way to fix it" kurapika says making me a bit better about it.

"Why do you care so much? You just met me?"

"Well you are the twin of Killua and Killua is one of my closest friends. From what your father has told me, no one knows about you and I know Killua would love to meet you. He is with your other sidling, Alluka. Killua and Alluka ran away from home a year ago. Your other sidlings are here at the house but your father and mother made it clear that they will do you no good. They will tell them about you but tell them not to interfere with you."

"Why? Why can't I meet my whole family? Who do I have to just meet Killua and Alluka?" I say with a little bit on anger in my tone. This sounds like a whole load of bull shit.

"Because of there life choices. They aren't the brightest people and with your power, it could turn you like them. Or so we think." Kurapika says and puts his hand on my shoulder. I flinch at the contact.
"You have to trust me Cato, ok?" Kurapika says taking his hand off my shoulder

I sigh. "Ok"

I look up at the ceiling and open my eyes. It take awhile for my eyes to adjust but it gets there.
I take a deep breath. "Ok, I'm ready"

"So we have to be talking and for you to look at me for this to work?"

"Yes"

"Ok, I'll ask a question right as you look down and you answer with whatever answer you can, got it?"

I nod my head and hum that I under stand

"Ok, 3...2...1..go!"
