-With Rias's peerage- We see the peerage of Rias Gremory. The pawn, Issei Hyoudo, is the host of Ddraig the Red Dragon. Sadly, he tarnished Ddraig's name. He's a pervert who doesn't train, has no magic skill, terrible endurance, incredibly low durability, low stamina and is just incredibly weak.
