Allison's POV
I tried to take deep breaths as I waited for Ricky to return.
"It's all clear.... there are not three boys up there." Ricky reassures me as he walks back over to me.
"I guess I did hit my head." I mumble as I run a hand through my hair.
"Your probably just tired. You should get home and get some rest." Ricky says softly.
"Your probably right. I'm gonna finish cleaning up and then head home." I say as I stand up.
"You need me to stay and help you out?" He asks me softly.
"No Im good." I say as I stare into his adorable eyes.
"Alright bye." He says as he starts to walk out.
He shakes his head as he walks back and grabs his guitar.
"Almost forgot it again." He says as a laugh leaves his mouth.
I wait for him to leave before grabbing my phone and quickly making my way back to the prop room. I didn't hit my head... I know what I saw. I quickly made my way into the room and screamed at the sight of the same three boys sitting there.
"You have a very loud scream!" The black hair boy dressed in leather yelled as he covered his ears.
"Who are you and why are you here?" I ask them as I stare at them.
I immediately recognize them from the paper. I quickly pick up the paper and look at them and then back down at the paper.
"No way. Sunset Curve." I mumble as I stare at them.
"So you've heard of us?" The brown haired boy who I thought was attractive says as he stands up.
I reach out and try and smack his arm to see if he is real but my hand goes through his body. I immediately step backwards from him.
"What are you?" I ask him in disbelief.
"She's a little confused. It's okay." The blonde haired boy says as he stands up.
"We are ghosts!" The black haired boy yells causing me to laugh.
"Yeah right. Well maybe Ricky was right... I need some water." I mumble hysterically as I start to walk away from them.
"We really are ghosts." The brown haired boy says softly.
"Then why can I see you?" I ask them sharply.
"We have no clue but we died and now we are here." The brown haired boy tells me.
I take in their appearances. The brown haired boy had on a white tank top showing off his muscular arms. The blonde haired boy had on a pink sweatshirt and a black hat. The black haired boy had on a leather jacket with a flannel around his waist.
"Shouldn't you guys be like fourty years old?" I mumble as I scan the paper.
"We are seventeen and we died last night." The blonde haired boy tells me.
"You guys were suppose to perform in the Orpheum or whatever twenty fives years ago. Which means you should be fourty if you died yesterday?" I say sharply.
"What?" The brown haired boy says as he snatches the paper away from me.
"It's 2020." I say sharply.
"We have been dead for twenty five years!" The blonde hair boy yelled.
"What even is the Orpheum?" I mumbled as I pulled out my phone.
I searched up the Orpheum and felt my heart sink a bit when the location said exactly where the school was.
"This is the Orpheum." I mumble as I look around the room in disbelief.
"The school must have been built around the theatre." I mumble as I look at them.
"Why are we here?" The black haired boy asked the other two.
"I don't know but it has to do with her." The blonde haired boy said as he pointed to me.
"Excuse me. I have nothing to do with this. I don't even know you. I just happened to read a paper with your band name on it and poof here you are." I say sharply as I look at them.
"Hey our instruments are still in here." The brown haired boy tells them as he looks around the room.
"We used them last year for our musical." I tell them as I stare at the drums set.
"Wait let me get this straight. You guys are ghost and you have come to haunt me?" I ask them in disbelief.
They all laugh as they shake their heads.
"I have no clue why we are here but it's not to haunt you." The brown haired boy says softly.
"Well this was fun but I'm gonna leave before anyone thinks I'm crazy. It would be nice if you all leave by tomorow so I can just tell myself this is a hallucination." I say in disbelief as I start to turn around.
The brown haired boy poofs in front of me causing me to scream.
"Please don't leave. We need your help." He says softly as he stares into my eyes.
I couldn't help but notice how cute he was. He's literally dead why am I thinking like that? I sigh as I look at all of them desperately staring at me.
"I don't even know you." I say sharply.
"I'm Luke. This is Reggie and that's Alex." The brown haired boy says as he points to the black haired boy and then the blonde haired boy.
"I just wanna know why you are here?" I ask them as I was very confused.
"We have no idea but maybe you could help us figure it out." Luke says softly as he smiles at me.
"I have to get home but I can talk to you guys tomorrow. I'll do research on sunset curve and hopefully find something that can help us figure out what's going on." I tell them.
"Can we come with you to your house?" Reggie blurts causing Alex to smack his arm.
"Reggie... no." Alex says sharply.
"Thank you. We didn't get your name." Luke says softly.
"Allison." I tell them causing Luke to smile.
"Pretty name." He says as he stares into my eyes.
I quickly break eye contact and clear my throat.
"Who was that cute guy who came in here earlier?" Alex asked me.
"Uh Ricky." I say causing him to nod his head.
"Is he your boyfriend or something?" Luke asked me nervously.
"No we just met." I say causing him to nod his head.
"Anyways..... I uh guess I'll see you tomorrow." I mumble as I walk out the door.
