Chapter 2: Focus of the Future

This is continuing after Izuku saved Rumi from the sludge villain. She was just talked to the heroes that were present and she was helped by them to avoid the press

<Rumi's POV>

I am still in shock due to what just happened. First I was walking home after another day of bullying just because of an appearance that I can't control. Then while I was walking home from said incident I was attacked by an overgrown booger that came out of the sewer. After running away from the villain he finally caught me and destroyed the surrounding area causing fires and major destruction. After a little bit of fight to keep consciousness a kid about my age came out of nowhere, did something that none of the heroes could do, defeat the villain, and then before I could say anything or even say thank you he just up and disappeared after getting scolded by the pros and shielded from the press as well.

When I get home, due to the fact that I am pretty much still in shock I decide to take a shower which calms me down a little. I needed to take a leave to go to sleep and so I told my parents that I'm going to check out for the day. Even though they were visibly worried for me they say goodnight and let me go to bed.

<Izuku's POV>

As Kacchan, Hii-chan and I are walking home they ask me what caused me to run in and save that girl. "I don't know. When I saw the fear in her eyes and the fact that none of the heroes were doing anything angered me alittle and then my legs moved on their own. I don't know why but I just did it but felt satisfying to be able to do that," I told the both of them.

They both looked at me with surprise on their faces but then they softened into a smile, "Well at least you didn't get hurt or anything," Hii-chan says to me.

"Yeah, it would be stupid to die so early in life," Kacchan says agreeing with Hii-chan.

"Oh don't worry, I don't plan on dying so early in life I still got plans for the future like being the number 1 hero!" I yell out proudly.

"Oh yeah, well then you'll have to go through me to get to that spot!" yells back at me as a challenge.

"Hey, don't count me out. I may be short but you both know that I can pack a punch," Hii-chan says to us as both Kacchan and I flinch knowing that that is true.

"Oh, hey Hii-chan you were about to say something to me before we heard the scream of that girl that I saved. What were you going to say to me then?" I ask Hii-chan which she flinches at but brush it off as her tripping or something.

"Well it's something that Katsu and I wanted to tell you but we didn't know how to tell you," is what Hii-chan says to me and I can see them both shifting uncomfortably. As I am thinking back I have noticed little by little that they have been growing closer and acting differently with each other in little ways. I have been suspecting it for a while but because of the way that they act my suspicions are seemingly confirmed.

"Well, you see-," is all Kacchan was able to say before I interrupted him.

"You guys are dating, is that it? I have been suspecting this for a while and I can also hear the way that your hearts speed up when you are with each other and I can also smell how your hormones get stronger when you too are with each other," I tell them that they just stare at me dumbfounded. They stare at me like that for a while so I have to yell their names at them and hit them both with a tail, "KATSUKI! HIMIKO!" which startles them out of their surprised state.

Kacchan was the first to recover, "Wait if you knew about us why the hell didn't you say anything before dumbass?"

"Yeah you just made us look like complete idiots right now!" Hii-chan adds on.
