i arrived to school per usual and sat on my desk. i poured myself on my desk table and closed my eyes. 

"yo!" a hand slapped my back. 

i immediately grabbed the hand and slammed it on the table. 

"BANG YEDAM WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT SLAPPING MY BACK," i yelled. 

"AHAHA SORRY IT WAS DONE INSTINCTIVELY, I'M SORRY!!" he begged for mercy. 

i rolled my eyes and sat back down. 

"hey where's jeongwoo though?" i murmured. 

"oh, he's at the vending machine," yedam answered. 

"he better get me my favorite potato chips," i huffed. 

"of course, m'lady," 

jeongwoo was behind me with my bag of chips. 

my eyes widened and i snatched it away. 

"i could've used a thank you, but it's okay," jeongwoo acted sad. 

"y/n, you wanna hear what i'm working on lately?" yedam asked while offering me his earphones.

"yea sure!" i put on the earphones. 

"you mean, we?" jeongwoo smirked. 

"we? who else is working on it?" i asked. 

"me and the rest of the guys from team a," 

"AHAHHA SO JEONGWOO IS NOT PART OF IT?" i laughed.

"nope!" 

"HEY I WANTED TO BE PART OF IT BUT I WASN'T ALLOWED YOU KNOW?" jeongwoo screeched. 

"okay okay, let me listen!" i pressed play. 

"everyday, all the time, now yeah

today i'm faced with the same words, cheers on the street everyday day

are you afraid? this feeling is my voice, hold on, listen to it all, let go and now feel it..."

i pressed pause. 

"yo yedam," 

"yeah? is it buffering or something?" 

"who's the guy singing the first part?" 

"first part..? ohhh, junkyu. kim junkyu, why?" 

junkyu huh. 

"do you have a picture of him? can i see what he looks like?" 

"uhhh, sure? give me a second," yedam took his phone and began looking.

"why y/n? is junkyu singing that badly?" jeongwoo laughed. 

"hey, junkyu is one of the best singers in yg," yedam glared at him. 

"i'm kidding hyung!" 

why did his voice sound soo familiar?
