Lucius Malfoy was only three years old when his father married Eileen Prince, and two when his mother passed away, but he loved her just the same. Eileen Prince-Malfoy treated Lucius like he was related to her by blood.
It was when he turned four, that Eileen announced she was pregnant. Lucius was over the moon. He was going to be a big brother!
Lucius always wanted a younger sibling, but his mother passed away when he was two and a half years old.
Throughout the duration of Eileen's pregnancy, the little blonde proved just how excited he was to be a big brother. He started calling Eileen 'Mummy' and helped set up the nursery.
Abraxas was amused at how excited his toddler son was while Eileen was pregnant. Both him and Lucius aren't alone anymore, and their family will be even bigger when the baby arrives.
"Mama?" Lucius called for Eileen as he wandered around the library.
"I'm by the fireplace, Blizzard." Eileen responded to guide Lucius to her. Her six month pregnant belly was hindering her from getting up properly, so she took to sitting down more.
Her four year old stepson toddles to her chair and hugged her leg. "Did you have fun playing with Daddy?" she fondly asked, carding her hand softly through his blonde locks. He nodded happily and soon, he fell asleep on her leg.
Three months later, Eileen gave birth to a healthy baby girl. She had black hair with snowy blonde stripes and bright blue eyes. The first person she laid eyes on was Lucius, so she reached out for him. Abraxas helped him hold the baby properly and let the two siblings bond with each other. "Hi, baby swister. I your big bwother, Lucius. We going to be best fwiends," Lucius whispered to the baby, who fell asleep in his arms with her tiny hands wrapped around Lucius's finger.
Eileen revealed that the baby's name was Saoirse Layla Prince-Malfoy, younger half-sister of Lucius Malfoy.

As Saoirse and Lucius grew up, they did everything together and were almost never apart. The day Lucius' Hogwarts letter arrived, Saoirse was over the moon. She was only seven years old at the time, but she was proud of her big brother. The day he left for school, she cried for hours. They wrote letters frequently, and on the day of Saoirse's 11th birthday of January 1st, her Hogwarts letter arrived. Now she could join her older brother at Hogwarts!
