Faith didn't want to split up Tara and Willow, so she picked up their plates and chapped the door. The put the plates on the floor and closed the door after herself. She went into the TV room and flicked through the channels.

Nothing good was on, so she poked her fork at her pasta and ate it slowly. When she finished, she felt empty. She had a sort of family, but she still felt empty.

She looked up, her eyes felt heavy, and she slowly fell asleep.

Willow opened her eyes and looked at the clock, 8 o clock. She would be late for work.

"Tara." She whispered

Tara's eyes fluttered open. "You gotta go to work? When'd you get a holiday?"

"Tara, I get weekends off. I'll be back at 3."

"Breakfast?"

"Not that hungry."

Willow walked out the door. Tara fell back onto the bed and pulled her hair back. She looked up to the ceiling. She resented the fact that Willow just dismissed her. But Willow had to provide, she was stressed. Tara flopped off the bed and sulked to her wardrobe. Her hand pulled on a silky red dress, one of Willow's, and pulled it over herself. She walked out the room and picked up some eggs. She called to Faith "Want eggs for breakfast?" Tara waited for a response.

"Yeah!"

Tara turned the gas on and found the frying pan. She cracked 4 eggs and listened to the sizzling and popping, the cracking, off the frying eggs.

Faith looked into Tara's eyes, they were deep, innocent, they were tortured, like she was still lost. But she hide her pain from Willow, and she hated Willow for not noticing Tara's inner pain.

Well, if Faith made a move, Tara would hurt more. And if Faith hurt Tara, she wouldn't be able to live with herself.

Tara picked up the remote and turned the TV off. Faith didn't understand what this meant. Tara began walking out the room, Faith felt a burning feeling in her chest. Tara was too good.

Faith picked up the frying pan, and the last thing Tara remembered was a pain in the back of her head.
