after bringing the ice block back to base, the GDF quickly prepared to give Battra the operation, their partially melted the ice and injected him with a series of anaesthetic chemicals to keep him under.
GDF Scientist: i've also injected him with nanites to stop his healing factor, so once we cut his head open to extract the chip his head shouldn't heal.
Jennifer: right, let's do this
the operation now begun
first they melted the ice around Battra's head and used a laser cutter to cut the side of his head open, then they begun the incision, soon enough they found the chip in Battra's brain. Slowly, carefully extracting it from his temporal lobe. Once that was done, they extracted the nanites out of his body so it would heal properly, finally they melted all the ice around him and waited for him to awake.
Scientist: Professor, a word?
Jennifer: hm?
Scientist: *whispers* why exactly have you decided to create DaiKaiju Ōshitsu?
Jennifer: *explains* not really for much reason, other than to give the King and the Queen the children they'd always wished they had, a special gift for leading the Earth Defenders, protecting us all.
Battra: where....am I....
Everyone's blood froze and looked at Battra, he was awake.
Jet Jaguar: calm yourself, your at GDF headquarters, do you remember anything?
Battra: not much...i was scouting Planet X, believing soon they were going to attack, all of a sudden i was attacked by all the Alien Kaijus
Keith: hang on, all?
Battra: yes, all Gigan, Megalon, Mechagodzilla, Hedorah, Orga, Ghidorah. they captured me, took me to the Xillians central base, strapping me to some table...the last thing i remembered was a power saw cutting into my head...
Richard: the Xilliens used you against your own allies. Even your sister, Mothra
Battra: !! what?? no...it can't be...they made me a monster...
Jennifer: it's never too late for redemption, head back to Monster Island
without hesitation, Battra opened his wings and flew out of the base, heading for Monster Island
