A/N: So I decided that everyone lives in their own house so I got rid of Tubbo's mom, dad, and sister. So you won't see them anymore, sorry!

Clay and George made it back to the living room and began to talk again, George was stuttering in most of his words though. Tubbo and Tommy were relaxing until Clay got a call from a doctor in the hospital Nick was still staying in. 

"Hello?" Nick said, putting the phone call on speaker. The doctor quickly started talking all of a sudden.

"Hello?! Is this Clay?" The doctor asked.

'Yes, this is Clay... What's going on?" Clay asked, everyone, looked at Clay's phone, and started to get worried. Did something happen? If so, what?

"So everything was going well but I need you to get here quickly! Nick stopped breathing and we're trying the best to help him. Please come ASAP!" The doctor said before hanging up. Clay and George looked shocked as they both got up the fastest they can and opened the door to Tubbo's home before running to go to the hospital, it would only take them about 10 minutes to get there since nobody had a car. 
Tommy and Tubbo quickly looked at each other before getting up and following Clay and George.

[ 20 minutes later] 

Clay ran into Nick's room where the guests would stay who know him. 
"IS HE OKAY?" Clay yelled. One of the doctors came to his attention and trembled in his words.
"W-Were not sure yet, he's breathing now but... I don't think he'll survive." the Doctor said. That broke everyone's hearts, mostly Clay's and George's. Nick was the one who kept Clay and George together and he was the only one left in the Dream Team who was the happiness and humor to their hearts. 

"N-No..." George said, he clenched onto his shirt and started tearing up, everyone started crying, to be honest. Tommy felt horrible for what he said and did to Nick, he wished he could change everything and just go back to the past where everything was peaceful. Tubbo loved Nick and remembered the time when they were on the Dream SMP and MLG water bucketed to a song. Clay and George remembered all the memories they had hanging out together and playing games. All of it now,

Breaking.
Vanishing.
Gone. 

All of these little moments, hurt everyone. They all heard that Nick would probably not survive but they were all hoping he did. They all sat down, crying to themselves and Tubbo was the only one who tried to cheer the rest up.

[3 hours later] 

Clay, George, Tubbo, and Tommy were all still waiting for the results, they were all afraid that none of them moved for the entire three hours, of course, they switched positions but they just stood there, they didn't go read any magazines, go on their phone, text, nothing. They all waited silently until someone stepped in, holding the paper in their hands and charts. George and Clay stood up and Clay asked,

"Is he okay?!" Clay said. The Doctor looked very upset.
"H-He... He isn't going to make it, he only has about 5-10 minutes left to live, he wanted his last wish to see all of you guys again." The doctor replied. Everyone widened their eyes until Clay grabbed George's hand and ran out of the room and headed towards Nick's room. The doctor told them to wait but Clay didn't stop running. Tubbo and Tommy were frowning as they followed the doctor, slowly to Nick's room. 

Clay opened the door and ran to Nick; crying. 
"NICK! Please... Don't go!" He said, falling to his knees beside Nick's bed. Nick looked to the side and smiled.
"Clay... It's alright." Nick quietly said. George ran to Nick and also cried. Nick tried his best to look happy but he felt so miserable, he was in pain and just wanted to end it all. 
"George..." Nick mumbled. He saw Tommy and Tubbo also walking in as Nick smiled at the two of them, Tommy and Tubbo understood how it felt to lose someone and quietly sat down on two chairs beside Nick's bed. 
"Nick, you must be in a lot of pain and I understand that..." Tommy said. "Are you sure you don't want more help?" Tommy added, asking. Nick nodded his head and looked up to the ceiling, he started coughing a lot and knew that his time was close.

"George... Clay, I love you both. You were the best friends I could have ever asked for." He said, turning over to the other part of the Dream Team. Nick and George were grasping onto Nick's hospital blankets and crying, Nick put his hands on both of their heads and looked at Tubbo and Tommy.
"Tommy, you were lovely to hang out with. I know we didn't work out our differences fully but we will when your times up alright?" He said. Tommy nodded, trying not to cry. Tubbo was the last one as he looked down; his tears streaming down his face.

"Tubbo. Stay strong for me, keep Tommy safe, and make everyone else happy. I'm turning my legacy over to you n-now..." Nick said before he started to close his eyes, the pulse was dropping as you could see on the screen, they were all watching it until they heard the forever beeping sound which meant he was dead.

"N-Nick? S-Sapnap..." Clay said. George started screaming as they cried louder, Clay did as well as Tommy began to tear up, Tubbo started crying and shouted. 

"NICK PLEASE! DON'T LEAVE!" George yelled.

------------------------------------------- NICK'S POV: -----------------------------

I closed my eyes, I could hear everyone screaming as I felt horrible. I didn't want to leave them just yet! Let me back! I said in my head. the sounds were staticky before everything faded to nothing. I saw pure blackness before I woke up, I seemed to be on a... cloud? I looked up and saw Jack, Darryl, and Zak looking at me; worried. 

"Nick?" Darryl said.
