An Infamous Gamer In New World Online {Discontinued}

Chapter 1

"DIE! DIE! DIE!" The only things that comes out of my mouth whenever I see someone in a game that I'm playing.

I was an Otaku Gamer, Despite loving anime and stuff I have a cold hearted personality, well it started when I was playing an RPG called Z-Slayer, I had fun beheading all the zombies.

But I gotten bored of it, until a company Released a new tech called VR, I was very excited to use it, I saved up from my part time job and finally bought it.

A game called Genesis: The Beginning was the first VRMMORPG released in 2037, I played it nonstop for 3 years, they released more sequel of the game and I myself have beaten them all, I was the first to ever beat all of them.

And I was also awarded for having the most kills in every sequel, they have 5 games, Genesis: The Beginning, Genesis: Great Arc, Genesis: Sub-Zero, Genesis: Holy Rebirth, and Genesis: Rinne Tensei... I was playing their last sequel, and as usual I was killing everything.

This day August 27, 2045, they released a new sequel, I was exactly 45 years old, I opened my computer and decided to download their last sequel, it's a multiplayer game, I would love to player kill, and it's in virtual reality, I wonder how good it'll feel.

After downloading it, I plugged the USB port in my VR headset, I plugged the headset in and lied down after wearing the device, I love the intro animation, it feels like you're indeed in another world.

After the intro I was greeted by a bar that has [Name] written in it and a keyboard.

"Just as I thought it looks so real, Well then shall I use my Gaming name..." I typed my gaming name, and it accepted my name, "looks like no one else has my name" of course no one has my name, it's my original name, I laugh lightly.

After that the Bar that appeared dissipated into thin air and a bunch of weapons greeted me, "so I'm picking my Default weapon next, so this will determine my class I think..." I was a bit troubled there are too many classes/weapons to pick upon.

"Hmm in any case I would like to keep killing and killing and killing until there is no one left... Should I get the double daggers then? Yeah no... I like to have the best offensive damage and mobility in fact Assassin is perfect,  but I reckon many will pick it.

There's a Katana, a Longsword and a Shortsword, a Mace, Long Shield Sword and Round shield, Orb and a Gauntlet... I should use katana and be a Samurai but.... Many will use that too... Should I just be a knight or something..

"Ahh I couldn't pick anything!! I want to be unique but I also want to kill and kill!!" Well there are 7 more weapons... A rapier is not my style, a Two handed Axe would hold back my speed, and two one handed Axe is a very good choice, too bad it has low defense but wow that vitality is so high.

A Rod is for mages and I don't want to be in the rear and a Boomerang is also good, too bad I don't have good accuracy, a Bow and an Arrow is also good too yet again bad accuracy, so Staff it is.... It looks so plain so I guess only a handful will pick it, and goddamn this gives high Offense and Mobility, this is ideal I don't know a stick could be damn powerful.

I chose the Staff as my weapon, my class is monk, well.. I'm not complaining at least I'm not bald, I lightly laugh at my remark, just then a status bar popped out, "so I'm supposed to add stat points, well I'll add my stats then!" After 5 minutes I finished customizing my stats, 30 in STR, 50 in AGI, I didn't add anything in my VIT, and I added 20 in DEX so I can do some hard tasks easily, and nothing in INT since I'm not sure if I will use magic.

"Well I guess this is fine now." I clicked the ok button as another Bar appeared it's an Information bar, it says "You will be Teleported to the Starting Point." As I responded "hmm nice..." The bars disappeared and Particles appeared below me, I guess I'm teleporting now, Slowly but surely my body glowed and I found myself in a Village.
