Bughead: growing up together

First brithday part 2

Hermiones POV
After I texted Alice I finished setting up for the party. Veronica was at her play mat and then I heard a knock on the door. When I opened it I saw Alice, Betty, Polly, Charles, Fp, Gladys, and jug. I let them in and Alice and Gladys put Betty and jug next to Veronica. They started to babble and then I heard another knock on I went to go get it and it was Mary, Fred, and Archie. Archie was one and a half now. Then everyone started to show up and we started the party. Then we brought out the cakes and sang happy birthday.
Alice's POV
After we sang happy birthday we opened presents and then we talked and then everyone left leaving me, Fp, Gladys, Mary, Fred, and hermione. I put Betty down next to Veronica, Archie, and jughead and they were babbling to each other and it sounded like they were having a conversation. C: mommy. A: yes Charles? C: what is Betty saying? A: she is not taking honey she is babbling. C: what is babbling? A: babbling is when a baby makes sounds but they are not talking. C: okay. P: mommy I want to go home she wined A: we will go home soon Polly P: ok. After few minutes we said our goodbyes and went home. When we got home I put Polly and Betty down for a nap and after I went down stairs and Charles said that he was tried and wanted to take a nap too. I took him upstairs and put him in his bed. I then got a text from a number I did not recognize.
U: YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID ALICE.
After I read that I started to cry and then called someone and told them what happened.
When I got that call I was shocked that I told her that I would be over soon.
I then heard a knock ok the door and answered it A: hey......Fp. A: just be quiet the kids are sleeping upstairs F: ok. So what happened exactly A: I had just put the kids to bed and then I got the text from this Radom number and then called you. C: mommy! A: I have to go, yes Charles C: mommy it hurts A: what hurts? C: my back hurts. A: come in the bathroom Charles. I lifted up his shirt and saw that the lower part of is back was red like he was hit. A: Charles, honey what happened? C: a man was in my room and was hitting me. A: omg, um Fp can you come up here. F: I'm coming, what happened. A: look at his back he said a man came in to his room and started to hit him F: I think I know who did this, just go and check on Polly and Betty A: ok. I went to Pollys room and she was fine and then I woke her up and then went to Bettys room and she was fine as well I also picked her up and I went back to the bathroom. Betty and Polly are fine they don't have any bruises or cuts or anything. I then got another text from the same unknown number it said
U: I will strike again on all of the kids even Betty. So would leave this town if I were you.
A: no I can't leave. This is my home. F: Alice it's going to be okay. I might have an idea.
