The wide room was dimly lit with a hue of blue from the water. Tiny litte fish swam around from within the glass wall. Giant sea turtles swam around as well, some posing in a perfect position for Eiji to take an aesthetic picture of them.

Eiji smiled as he positioned the camera up to his eye. He twisted the zoom, waiting for a second for it to focus. His smile slowly morphed into a straight line before taking a picture.
He relaxed his arms and gently let the camera loose, letting it lazily hang from his neck strap.

He turned to Ash, grinning widely. "I can't wait to upload this to the drive." Eiji stepped towards him before bringing the camera up again. "I also need pictures of you, only if you want them." His cheeks turned darker, which Ash could notice even in the dimly lit room. He could easily say no, but where was the fun in that?

Ash devilishly grinned, holding his hands out, "Only if you let me take a picture of you." Eiji mumbled before clipping the camera off the hook and handing it over to Ash. "I swear Ash, you better give it back so I can take mill-" Click!

Ash snickered, taking even more pictures of the boy. Most of them were fuzzy and just a flustered Eiji, but Ash would make a huge shrine of this. Not really, but of course there would be a photo album.

Eiji finally stopped protesting before bringing his hands up to make a mini camera. He then began to act like he was taking pictures of Ash. "Click! Click! Click!" He yelled out obnoxiously, which earned a few humored and annoyed looks from others.

Ash finally stopped taking pictures and handed Eiji the camera.
"Only one photo, okay?" Ash said, looking down at the shorter boy. Eiji held the camera up and positioned his arms. If this were going to be the only picture, he might as well make it look amazing. (Ash looked amazing either way so it wouldn't really matter.)

Ash looked at the camera and smiled. Trying not to focus on the camera, he studied how concentrated Eiji was on taking his picture. If he was being honest, Eiji looked like a dork squirming around like that. Ash let out a little chuckle, just when Eiji snapped a picture.

Eiji could feel his heart flutter and a wiggly smile form on his lips. He clipped the camera back on the strap, and looked at Ash. "You're really pretty, Ash." Eiji breathed out before turning his back to him and looking at the tank. He could already imagine what Ash looked like.

Ash's eyebrows raised up high, his cheeks tinted a bright pink. His green eyes staring into Eiji. Eiji looked over his shoulder, a small grin on his face. This made Ash feel teased in a way. He stepped towards him and wrapped his arms around his shoulders.

"We should go get Shorter and Sing from the shark exhibit." Eiji said, leaning into the taller boy's touch. Ash hummed in response as he placed his chin on his shoulder. "Let's wait for a couple more minutes." He mumbled in Eiji's ear, which sent a small shiver through his spine.

Before Ash could make a remark about it, he brought the camera up and turned it towards them. "Say cheese, Ash." Without hesitation, he clicked the button. Ash grumbled something under his breath before looking at the turtles and fish again.

Eiji unhooked Ash's arm from around his shoulders and brought his hand up to his lips. He placed a little butterfly kiss on his knuckle before stepping away from him. "Alright, let's go get Shorter and Sing before they somehow break into the exhibit." The Japanese boy held onto Ash's hand, leading them towards the door.

Ash wished he could have a longer moment with his boyfriend. Was it even appropriate to call him that? Eiji was actually far more than his boyfriend, so would he fit the category as soulmate? Was there even a word that even fit the love between them?

Ash followed behind Eiji, admiring how his hair was put up into a mini ponytail. He remembered asking Eiji if he was going to cut it. He was shocked whenever Eiji let out a fit of laughter before telling him the exact words that would always make his heart flutter, "No, I don't want to cut it because you've touched it."

Ash also began to notice other things. There was a mole on the side of his neck. He had the burning sensation to kiss it and tell him how cute it was, but he fought against it.

Eiji pushed open the door, letting in the faint light from the hallway. It was decorated with mini fish cut outs and seaweed. Small families talked quietly as they admired them, even taking pictures.

Ash felt Eiji let go of his hand. He began to miss the warmth of the smaller boy's hand, but he knew how people could be hateful about a relationship like theirs.

Eiji walked beside Ash, their shoulders often brushing eachother. Soon though, they turned the hallway and began going towards the direction of the shark exhibit.

Even from outside the door, the young couple could hear Shorter and Sing yelling from inside. "BRO LOOK AT THIS SHARK- HOW MUCH YOU WANNA BET I CAN BEAT IT UP?!" Shorter's voice became clear as soon as they opened the door.

Sing looked up at the purple haired boy with shining eyes. "I bet you could!" He hyped Shorter up, who looked as if he were going to jump in and try to wrestle it.

Ash and Eiji exchanged looks before looking at the big shark swimming around. It was bigger than Shorter, Ash, Eiji, and Sing combined. So, there was no doubt that Shorter would be beaten by the shark.

"Oh hey! Ash, my guy, Imma jump in there and wrestle this motherfucker-" Shorters choice of words made families give him a mean look. Eiji couldn't blame them though because there were little children around. Bad, bad, bad Shorter, Eiji thought.

Ash sighed, pointing his thumb at the door, "Let's go round up Max and Ibe. We gotta leave pretty soon if we want the apartment still in shape." They obviously made a poor decision of leaving the sassy, mean Yut-Lung in charge of the house. He wouldn't be surprised if it had toilet paper strung around the whole place.

Sing and Shorter looked at eachother before denying. "C'mon, we agreed to stay here for two hours and its been over three-" Eiji explained, which earned Shorter sticking his chin up and pouting.

This was going to be trouble. Wasn't it?
