Childhood friends (Bakudeku)

Chapter 3: The meal

Izuku's POV
'Hey wait up' I heard a voice come from behind me. I quickly shifted my head around to see a rather tall black haired male trying to catch my attention. He made his way to where I was standing and placed a hand on my shoulder.

'Your pretty damn ballsy dude' 'no one ever talks about bakugo like that.'

'Thanks I guess' I said with a half grin appearing on my face. 'I'm sero, your Midoryia right.' 'That's me' this time my half grin turning into a happy smile.. the fact someone in the class noticed me gives me lots of serotonin. 'Hey come for food with me and my friends after uni, I'll introduce you to the group.' I nodded in reply to the black haired boy.

'Thank you' I blurted out. 'It's no worries here I'll add you on Facebook so I can give you a message, it's just izuku midoryia right?.'

'Y-yes that's me' I smiled up at the boy. 'Your pretty funny Midoryia, I'll see you later on.' He waved good bye then exited the classroom. Now my only problem was finding someone to sit with during breaks.. I mean I could just go back to my dorm room it was only a 15 minute walk down the road.

'Hey Izuku' I heard a soft voice come from behind me. It was Uraraka. 'Come and sit with me and my friends for break I would love to introduce you to them.' Oh my gosh I never thought I would make so many friends on the first day, I started to get emotional just thinking about it. Kacchan made it seem like no one would like me.. but he was wrong.

'Of course, thank you so much' I answered.

I followed the brown eyed girl to where her friends were sat, we were outside in a pretty little park behind the university. It was so peaceful. The trees swayed in the wind and there was a path leading up to some benches. 'There they are!!' She screamed as the brunette started to wave at her friends sat around the bench.

There were three people all on the bench staring up at us. A girl with extremely long green hair and an interesting cut fringe, a very tall looking male with glasses and black hair and a rather good looking boy with half red and half white hair.. what an interesting combination.

'Meet the gang' Uraraka sang as she bounced over to her friends

'Guys this is Izuku, he's so smart that he was moved to second year even though this is his first year!!' After hearing what the brunette said a blush crept onto my cheeks and I looked down at my feet. Surely that wasn't cool was it, how is being smart cool.

'Hey izuku I'm Tsuyu Asui but please just call me tsu'

'I'm Tenya Iida and may i say it is an honour to be in such a geniuses presence'

'The names Shoto Todoroki, nice to meet you'

Wow everyone's so nice. I introduced myself to the group and we chatted for a while until we realised we needed to get back to class. We left the little forbidden garden area and returned back to our sweaty class room. I saw kacchan walk in slowly after I arrived and he plopped his heavy self onto his chair. He then leaned back in his seat just enough for his blonde fluffy hair to hit my desk.

Note: Sorry for not talking about Uraraka's group more, I'm just here for the bakudeku.

'I made friends' I whispered to him, knowing that would get on his nerves. The blonde turned his head and frowned at me whilst gritting his teeth. I was feeling on top of the world right now.. maybe overly cocky but honestly I didn't care. It felt nice not being his doormat for the day.

Time skip to after university finished

Wow what a day, I got to see kacchan's soft side, I'v got myself plans for food and I made some amazing friends. Nothing could spoil this day. Sero messaged me saying to wait outside which I did.
