With Oliver right beside you and the fact that you made it as the youngest seeker you feel amazing. Oliver offers you a seat beside him at the Gryffindor table and you happily accept because it's not like most of the Slytherin girls like you anyways, well probably not until you get announced for being the youngest seeker ever. You and Oliver talk for a bit until his friends come and sit beside you and across from you. "Oliver? Why is she here?" you immediately look up, a pretty blonde Gryffindor asked the question "Well Moire, (moe•are•rae) her name is y/n and she's here because I wanted to help her celebrate becoming the worlds youngest seeker." Oliver explains as he puts an arm around you "No way! Are you serious? That's amazing, hey congrats y/n. I don't know if you knew but I tried to become the youngest seeker as well but as you can see that didn't work out." Says an older boy "Oh I completely forgot, I'm Blaine Finley." You smile as you shake his hand and a short haired brunette sits beside Moire and automatically introduces herself "Hey I'm Adeline Frazier, and you're y/n right? Congrats on the whole seeker thing and hey, are you okay? I heard about what happened on the train." Your eyes start watering and she comes around the table to hug you. You hug her back and say softly "Yeah, I'm okay it's just that your the first person who believes me." She lets go of you and smiles at you "Y/n we all believe you here, Percy has done it every year since he got here but until you got here the professors have been notified and will watch him closely. I just hope his brothers don't turn out like him." she says looking down the table at the Weasley twins, the rest of the group follows her lead so you do as well, they twins turn to look at the group and only you look away. "Yea, I hope not" you whisper as the group looks back at you. "So y/n, how do you like Hogwarts so far?" Adeline asks "Honestly, it's better than being at home but I wish all of the first years wouldn't act like the rumors are true or just get over it, I mean come on, are they going to start a rumor that I had to sleep with the team or something to make it as the youngest seeker?" They all laugh "I just hope that I can make some friends that won't turn their back on me" you say looking back at the twins. "You already have y/n you've got us..." you hug all of them and smile "...and once you are officially announced as the seeker for the Slytherin team you'll become friends with all of them and you'll do fine y/n, I promise."

"Awe, thank you Oliver" you say loud enough for the Weasley's to hear as you hug him tightly. Percy, George, and Fred all stare at you but Fred stares at you with a grin then whispers something to Percy.

Fred's POV

Even if y/n lied she still looks so pretty and seems so nice but, why did she have to lie? I continue to admire her from a far as I hear George whispering something to Percy and raise my head to try and see what they were whispering about.

"Why don't I have Fred and I..." I couldn't hear the rest up until I saw Percy nudge George's arm with his elbow telling him "That's great George, you guys should definitely prank her." Who was she, and why are they keeping this a secret from me? Were they talking about Angelina? George's crush or were they just talking about some second year that they think would have a funny reaction? "What are you guys talking about?" you ask "Oh, Fred we just found our first prank subject!" you smile at the fact that George has found a person to prank "Well? Who is it George?" you ask in curiosity with a big grin still on your face. "That's the thing Fred, she's such a perfect subject that Percy and I think that it should be a surprise."

You are still admiring her from a far, How could a girl so sweet and beautiful be so ugly on the inside you think to yourself, and why is Oliver Wood hugging her? Wait isn't toady the quidditch tryouts? Did she make it, did she really make it as the youngest seeker ever? Right then and there I just wanted to get up and hug and congratulate her completely forgetting about how she accused my brother of something he didn't do. I soon realized that she lives in my daydreams, dreams and nightmares but she always acts the same, she always helps me in my nightmares and turns them into dreams, and the fact that she can answer practically every question Snape asks her still seems to amaze me but I guess my question to myself is, do my dreams deceive me? or are they telling me the truth? That she really is just a sweet girl who is judged and shunned away before people actually get to know her and my brother is the liar? No, that can't be Percy, he has never lied, so why is my heart telling me to love this girl when my head knows that she will break my heart. What is wrong with me? Why do I feel like she told the truth? Why did I see sincerity in her eyes if she was just lying?

"Fred? Earth to Fred" George said waving his hand in my face "You ready to set up the prank?" The prank. "Of course I'm ready George" you both leave the dining hall and you see y/n turn around to look at the two of you before turning back around swiftly. You start setting up the prank in front of the Slytherin changing room wondering which Slytherin George and Percy wanted you guys to prank and continue setting it up. But you're still thinking about y/n and you whisper to yourself

"Why did I have to fall for her?"

"Did you say something Fred?"

"No, but uh I think everyones going to leave soon."

"You're right, let's go"

The both of you hide behind a corner...why did I have to fall for y/n?
