a couple of days have passed since the incident and the two have been clinging to each other like lovebugs. though they were always super clingy with each other, as of recently they haven't been apart at all.

jungkook agreed with himself that he would do a little something for yoongi because even though he was forgiven, he still felt guilty. he knew that if he told yoongi he planned to leave the house he would want to go with him. so to prevent that whenever he woke up he gently maneuvered yoongi off of him without waking him.

he wrote yoongi a note telling him that he's going to check on his company and that he would be back soon. he placed it in a location where the younger could easily find it. he kissed a couple of spots on the boy's face before heading to the bathroom and getting ready to leave.

jungkook parked his car outside a jewelry store. when he walked through the door there he heard a bell sound the signaled the workers there was a new customer.

"hello, welcome to Rings & things my name is ashley, do you need any help?" the girl that stood in front of him happily exclaimed. "oh uh sure, thanks," he responded awkwardly.

"is there anything in particular that you're looking for?" she asked. "i came to buy a charm for a charm bracelet," he explained, hearing a hum from ashley before she guided them to when they kept the charms.

it didn't take long for them to decide on what to get even though it was basic. jungkook purchased a charm that was shaped like a heart that had 'i love you' on the inside. he exited the store saying a thank you to the nice girl that helped him out before making his way to the next stop.

he found a store that only sold plushies which were perfect because he wants to buy yoongi a new one. carefully walking down each aisle before spotting the perfect plushie. it was a bunny with soft pink colored fur but the bottom of the feet and ears were pastel colors of the rainbow. he grabbed it and made his way to check out before paying and leaving.

there were only two more stops he had to make which the first he pulled into a cute little flower shop being greeted as soon as he walked in again. "hello! welcome to ' flowers by lou' my name is kiara, how may i assist you?" she asked with a smile on her face.

"i want to get a bouquet of red and pink roses in a vase if you could please," he asked, following the woman as she made her way to the roses. " significant other?" she asked, "huh?" jungkook questioned, not hearing what she asked.

"are the flowers for your significant other?" she asked again which made him like of yoongi. his eyes sparkled and a wide bunny smiled stretched across his face as he thought of yoongi. the boy he loves so much. the boy he wants to hold in his arms forever. "yes," he answered.

"ah! she's so lucky!" she smiled taking note of how much happier he looked thinking of his lover. "he," jungkook corrected, "but i'm the lucky one," he said. "oh, he! i'm so sorry! i didn't mean to offend you," kiara apologized, not meaning any harm.

"it's okay and thank you for your help," he said with a smile while going back to his car with the vase of roses.

his last stop was to get them food for lunch since they missed breakfast. he bought two plates full of lamb skewers and roasted potatoes.

jungkook successfully carried everything into the house and sat it on the island table. but he didn't see yoongi in the living room as he expected and he didn't hear him playing either. "baby?" jungkook called out before hearing feet pitter-patter on the wooden floor. "daddy!" yoonie shouted, the boy leaping into jungkook's arms clinging to him like a koala. the older caught him and hugged back, "hi baby, daddy didn't know you were little, i'm sorry," he apologized, rubbing his hands up and down the boy's back.

yoonie didn't even respond just enjoying being in the arms of his daddy. "look bub i got you some stuff," jungkook said repositioning yoonie so he was now on his hip. the first thing he noticed was the bunny plushie which he immediately made grabby hands towards. jungkook chuckled before handing it to him, "look i got you flowers too," he said pointing to the flowers in the vase.

yoonie gasped, "so pretty daddy," he said with wide eyes, leaning over to smell them before letting out a soft hm. jungkook gently put yoonie back down on his feet much to the younger's dismay. he opened to box with the charm in it and showed him, "i got you a new charm for your bracelet, can you read me what it says?" jungkook asked showing the charm to him.

"i love you," yoonie said with a smile, "can you put it on daddy?" he asked, tilting his head to the side. jungkook nodded before taking the charm and putting on the bracelet next to the first one he got. "thank you, daddy," yoonie exclaimed, giving jungkook another hug. the older lifted him off of the floor and twirled them around hearing those sweet giggles that flew out of the little's mouth.

"i love you, baby," jungkook said as he stopped spinning them and kissed his nose. "i love you too daddy," yoonie smiled before taping his bottom lip signaling that he wanted a kiss. jungkook understanding what he wanted and leaned in to place a chaste kiss on the younger's lips. their lips stayed connected for a couple of seconds before jungkook let go and reconnected them before pulling back completely. "we need to eat muffin, look," jungkook said before showing him what he bought them to eat.

"skewies!" yoonie squealed as jungkook picked up their food and sat them down at the table before feeding both of them.
