For someone who claims that i don't like werewolf stories , I had indeed read a ton of stories about werewolves , so I'm really contradicting myself over here , I do like stories about werewolves and such , the only problem that I had which made me stop reading stories surrounding this genre is the fact that almost every werewolf story has almost the same plot line only with different characters and names , for example: the alpha found his mate but then rejected her claiming that the girl is weak to be Luna and some stuff like that and then later on by some miracle fell in love with the girl and the girl just took him back and they live happily ever after , or rejected his mate because he was already in a relationship with another girl but because of the bond between their wolves , their connection they ended up together . I also don't like how they didn't get to choose their own mates , like the moon goddess matches them with someone so they just have to be together so every time I come across stories like these I kind of just already have the idea in my head that something like this or that is going to happen, or they're going to end up together anyways , I like to read stories with twists and turns , i want to be surprised when stuff happens i don't like when I'm reading a story and something happened and I'm just like ''i knew that was gonna happen.'' so I have high hopes for this story, I like the story because I believe this is my first time reading a werewolf book where the girl doesn't want a mate , Rayne wasn't overly excited or nervous about meeting her mate , she even says that she doesn't need one she just needed to get out of her situation , and I can already tell that her character is going to be one of the best and strong female leads , upon meeting her for the first time she might have been seen as weak but i just know that deep down she is a really strong character.
