It's a normal school day. Artemis and Cayden are sitting next to each other laughing at each other's jokes. Scarlet in front of Artemis and Cayden just admiring their connection. Cayden laughs and says, "I like spending time with you." realizing what he said he starts to blush. Artemis looks at him with a look in her eyes. Artemis realizes this is her moment. "I like spending time with you too." Cayden smiles and looks at Artemis. Scarlet in the background knowing what's about to happen with that eager look. Cayden takes a deep breath and releases everything he has to say about Artemis. "I like you Artemis." Artemis's eyes widen as she continues to look at him. "Do you feel the same way?"
"Oh, umm....well..yeah."
"You.....you do?" She nods a lot.
"Wow.....I didn't think you would feel the same way."
"So you just assumed that friends text each other pretty much every day? And it's normal for one person to start a conversation every day?"
"I.......I never thought about it that way."
You press your lips together closing your eyes, take a deep breath in, "Why are you so clueless sometimes?" Cayden rubs the back of his head and chuckles, "I don't know yet." He bites his lip. "Can I...kiss you?" Artemis rolls her eyes at him. She leans in and kisses him. He wraps his arm around her waist and pulls her closer. They pull away and look at each other.
"Do you maybe wanna be my girlfriend?"
"I think I made it obvious when I kissed you."
