There are four methods for the mirror switch method:
[1] The Mirror Switch Method 1 means to lay down on your back ,, and visualise yourself in a dark room ,, looking into a mirror seeing your dr self ,, both of you having a little light on you .
[2] The Mirror Switch Method 2 means again ,, to lay down on your back ,, visualise yourself walking into the mirror into your dr self .
[3] The Mirror Switch Method 3 means again ,, follow the first steps but this time visualise your soul escaping like a smoke (( any colour )) from your cr body ,, floating out of your mouth ,, eyes ,, etc ,, going into the mirror to your dr self.
[4] The Mirror Switch Method 4 means again ,, follow the first steps and visualise your dr bed and your cr self going to sleep in it .
