Me and Emily were watching a movie when we here a knock at our door "come in" I say kensi walks in "hey um .... me and summer were wondering if we could go over to grandpa and grandmas house" (lol who's ever parents you want them to be) "right now" I ask her "yea" "sure I don't care" I say "ok thanks dad" she says and walks out of the room "wow my own daughter didn't even look at me or speak to me" Emily says "she's just mad she's a teenager she's almost 15 she'll probably get over it soon" I say "whatever chase" she turns around and snuggles into her pillow our door opens "bye dad bye mom love you" summer says "bye sweetie love you to" me and Emily say at the same time she leave the room and kensi walks in "bye dad love you" she says and looks at only me I get up and walk over to her and grab her arm and get her out of our room "kens I know your mad at your mom but at least say bye to her" kens rolls her eyes at me "bye dad" she starts to walk away "give me your phone now" she walks back to me "what" she says "give me your damn phone kensi lee Hudson" she rolls her eyes and gets her phone out of her backpack and hands it to me and walks away I walk back into me and Emily's room and close our door I set kensi's phone inside my night stand I lay back down "I'm sorry" Emily says "why" I ask I was cunfused what'd she do she rolls over to face me I look at her "I'm sorry for when I was talking about kensi she is a teenager and she's mad and I was being a bitch" I roll on my side like she was "baby you have nothing to be sorry about id probably act the same way if she was ignoring me" I say as I put my hand on her cheek "oh ok" she smiles a little "I love you" I say "I love you to" I bring in her face to kiss but then she swerves her head the other way leading me to kiss her cheek she looks back at me and giggles "oh I see how it is" I grab her face with my other hand and hold her face tight so she doesn't move I pull her close and kiss her it take her a minute but then she kisses back it was a passionate kiss I missed those kisses we don't really kiss like that anymore we pull away and rest our foreheads on each other and smile then we here a knock at our door the downstairs one I was cunfused I wasn't expecting any company "I'll get it" I say and get up I go downstairs and open the door to see my parents "hey are the kids ready" I was cunfused I thought they left already "I thought they left already with you guys" they looked at me cunfused "grandpa,grandpa" someone says behind me I turn around to see kensi and summer "oh my god I thought you guys left already" I say "no dad" Emily comes down the stairs "hey I heard screaming-oh hey guys" Emily says her eyes wider once she saw my parents my parents didn't really like her "oh hey emily, kids lets go" my parents say charli comes running down "I thought I heard chases parents" charli on the other hand my parents are in love with her I'm not really sure why though "oh my god charli how have you been we haven't seen you in a long time" my mom says in a peppy voice "ok mom dad how about you guys go because the kids ever since they found out they were going with you guys" "alright let's go" the kids run up to them and they leave I go up to Emily "I'm sorry I thought they left already" I say to her I wrap my arm around her waist "it's ok , I guess I'm just not having a good day today" she pouts "no , no I'm sorry emily" charli butts in "for what" emily says cunfused "I'm sorry that chases parents don't like you and they like me , they should like you because your his wife I'm just a family friend" "it's ok charli you've been around longer then I have" charli shrugs and goes upstairs I turn back to emily "what was that about" Emily asked "I don know really" I shrug I grab Emily's hand and lead her upstairs back to our room and we lay down her snuggling into my chest me playing with her hair and then moving my hand down to her waist I door opens I look over to see ameila and charli "what's up guys" I ask them "you guys are boring , y'all always just snuggling in bed do something" me and Emily laugh a little, "sorry guys but we don't have any kids today , today is realx day" "yea that's not what we heard through our walls , these walls are thin guys" the tease us "go away, I was gonna Ofer to have you guys chill with us but not anymore" I say "byeeee" they say and leave the room closing the door Emily giggles "that's cute" she burrys her head into my neck I chuckle I feel her smile on my neck it tickled a little bit I smile she lifted her head to look at me "hey" she says we start to burst out laughing "hey" I say mimicking her "shut up" we started to laugh even more I pull her in bye the waist still laughing "I love you" I say calming down my laughter "I love you to" she says doing the same thing she puts her hand on my cheek and we lean in and kiss.
That's when I thought everything went back to normal but really , really didn't
