Part 3

Mephisto POV

I woke up still in my office change and to the sound of shuffling and someone calling someone's name. I sat up and looked around and my eyes landed on Kuroo trying to wake a trashing Rin.

'Wait why is she...:' then the memories of last night came to my mind waking me up fully. I got up and quickly went to the couch.

"What happened" I asked, "She's having a nightmare" Kuroo said panic as he tried to wake her. I shook her as well, "RIN" I shouted and she quickly sat up and I quickly moved back before we could bump heads.

She had sweat running down her forehead while she cliched her shirt and was breathing heavily. She was slightly shaking and her eyes were wide open filled with fear. It made me sad and angry to see her like this.

Sad that she's been put into such condition, and angry at the people who put her there. I slowly approached her.

"Rin" I said quietly as I slowly approach her, her head quickly snapped to me, she scooted herself into the coach hugging herself and shaking her head.

"No...No.....No I did...didn't do an...anything Y...Yuiko" she stuttered out shaking more eyes squeezed tight as tears ran down her face.

'She must think she's back in the dorm. I need to get her to realize she's not there' I thought to myself,  I slowly keep approaching her.

Once I get close I sit on the edge of the couch as she hugs herself and cry, "I'm gonna hug you ok" I said before slowly wrapping my arms around her. It seemed to startle her as she began thrashing but I quickly pulled her into a tight hug,

"It's alright, you're not a the dorm, it's ok, you're safe" I reassured as I slowly rocked us. Kuro  sat beside me looking at Rin sadly. Seeing his master in a state like this must be tearing at him.

She stopped trashing after awhile and clung to me and cried, "Pl...Please. Do...Don't ta...take m...me ba...back" she cried in my chest as I rubbed circles in her back.

"I would be stupid to take you back there" I said as I held her close, she cried on me for awhile before being reduced to sniffles.

I slowly let her go, "You ok" I asked she slowly nodded and I gave her a small smile. "....I know a place where you can go and be happy" I said as she then looked at me, her lifeless dull eyes started at mines.

She didn't speak but looked down and nodded, I frown "You know you're allowed to speak." I said with another small smile, she shook her head no.

"Sigh.....would you have any objection of going to Gahenna?" I asked and she looked at me again and tilted her head to the side like a cute puppy.

"It's where your really family is, you also have brothers who care about you and will do anything to make you happy, me being one of them" I explained which she looked shocked.

"What you don't think that Satan only had one child do you?" I asked with a confused face, "Anyway would you like to go there." I asked, she looked down before looking at me giving a small shy nod.

My smile widened as I jump off the couch startling her, "Sorry, well shall we go.....little sis" I said as I stuck my hand out. She was hesitant but took it, I gently pulled her up and Kuro jumped on her shoulder making her jump a bit.

"Sorry Rin" he said as his ears flattened, she gently brought her hand to his head and rubbed his head in a way of I'm guessing saying it's alright.

I made a circle on the floor before bitting my finger and put a drop of blood on it which opened a portal. "If you ease into it and allow it, it won't be a painful journey, but if you don't it will" I said and she just nodded.
