i put on my headset and reviewed the message i was sent last night.
jacksepticeye:
"hi mochi! i know we haven't talked in while but i was hoping you could join us for an among us game tomorrow! i get it if you need a raincheck since its last minute. let me know when your free.:D"
i quickly threw together a reply
mochis.sad.corner:
"hey sean! it has been a while huh? lol. i'd love to join you a game just tell me whenever you want me there and i should be free!"
i opened up twitter and typed out a tweet for the stream. i was a pretty small creator but i had a decent following that was super active, which is all i can ask for. as i was about to tweet it i got a dm from sean.
jacksepticeye:
"haha awesome i'll send you the server that we play on!"
i sent out the tweet and opened discord. i opened the server and saw there was already people in the vc so i joined hesitantly. i instantly muted to intro my stream.
"hi guys! how was everyones day? i hope it was good."
sean suddenly yelled over everyone in the call to introduce me.
"GUYS! this is my friend mochi. they're a super cool streamer and they're very quiet so you might want to turn up their volume"
c'mon y/n you can do it! just say hi. my hands shook as i unmuted.
"h-hi" i said.
"omg they are quiet- hi!!" rae said followed by everyone else with their greetings.
"omg they sound so cute- its like those anime characters y'know? why does jack know all the people with cool voices" lily asked laughing.
"are we missing anyone?" sykkuno asked
"i think we're missing corpse and felix" poki replied
i waited quietly for the other people to arrive while i talked to chat.
"no i don't know any of the people in the game other than jack, thank you for the three btw."
the discord made the noise that two people had joined the call...
"hi friends." a rumbly voice announced. everyone followed with their hellos.
woah.
"hi." i didn't wanna over react because im sure he hears it all the time.
"hello. i like your voice, you sound super cute"
"oh uh thanks." i replied quietly
