The zombies rise

Chapter 7

Hey guys sorry I haven't been updating.....my life is just full of drama and I have writers block so I'm trying to think of what to write and I had to focus on school a lot...it sucks......and if you guys ever want me to write anything else just tell me I can try and put something together.

Alex's pov

When I woke up the next morning I looked out the window and saw everything was normal. I just sighed and put my face in my pillow "I wish things would go back to the way they were before" I mumbled into the pillow

"But if this never happens I wouldn't have built up the courage to kiss you last night" I heard sams voice coming closer and the smell of food. I looked at him and sat up. he handed me the food and looked at me. "Alex everything happens for a reason remeber? You used to say that all the time to your friends when something happened" he slightly chuckled. I lightly blushed.

"You remeber that? That was a like I don't know a year ago?"

"A year and about 4 months ago you finally stopped saying it as much" he smiled

"Why do you remeber stuff like that?"

"Cause it's a big deal that you finally stopped saying that" he smirked "you should eat....the scientist wants to see you"

"Ok" I nod. I started eating feeling his eyes on me I felt really awkward I hated it when people watched me eat.....i always felt like they were judging me for the way I eat. I don't know why I felt like that but I just did.....it was strange. When I was done eating I looked at him. "what?" He smiled and chuckled.

"The scientist needs to see you" he took my plate and walked away. I watched him and sighed then got up and went to the scientist."sam told me you wanted to see me"

"Oh yes we did come here and look at what we have found or done." I walked over to them and looked at what they were doing.

"What is going on" I asked looking at them

"Well you see......we thought if we could get enough zombies to turn human we could use them to stop this apocalypse and hopefully things will go back to being the same like they used to" I looked at them and smiled then down at there weird little drawing and smiled

"Ok we can try that and I'll be more then glad to help but sam might try to stop me" I looked at them

"We know so we have someone who will be with you whenever you leave to keep him back"

"You guys really do think of everything don't you?" I slightly chuckled and smiled. then my smile went away when I heard yelling and I ran out to one of the walls going up on it seeing someone standing outside. it looked like one of the zombies who but me and turned human. how did he get here?

"Kid! Stay back! We will shoot!" Someone gaurding the wall yelled.

"No! Don't shoot him....he was one of the zombies who bit me and turned human.....he's not infected" I go down the wall and open the gate and went over to him checking him for bites "he wasn't bitten he's safe" I looked at them and they put down there guns then they quickly put them up. I looked behind me and saw zombies "put your guns down I have this" I said calmly and went over to them holding out my arms and they all but me turning human. I felt a wave of dizziness pass over me and I fell to my knees, then passed out.
