I groan and reach my hand out to put off my alarm. All my hand makes contact with is the cold, hard wood of my desk drawer. After several failed attempts I finally find the dumb thing. Instead of being civilized and hitting the snooze button, I yank the alarm clock out of its socket quickly killing the annoying sound.

I sigh then drift off to sleep again.

A little while after my blanket disappears from my body in a flash. My immediate reaction is to curl up into a ball and silently curse.

"Jessica, get up. Now."

This world is a cruel one. I just groan loudly in response.

Suddenly harsh sunlight hits my eyelids.

I sit up and glare at my mom.

"What the hell mom. This isn't some retarded Highschool movie. Parents aren't supposed to do that to their children. I'm sure it's against the law."

"First of all, watch your language. Second of all, I can do whatever I want. As far as you're concerned, I am the law. Third, its time for you to get up. School starts at 8:15 and right now its 7:00. I'm not gonna be that parent that lets their kid come late on the first day of school. Oh and remember, you still need to walk your little sister to school. Breakfast is on the table,"And with that she walks off.

I really do love our little talks mother.

I groan again. I really don't want go to school today. I go to Bankerston Highschool, home of the rich snobs. I was one of them, minus the snob part. At least I don't think I'm a snob. Everyone there was either very rich or middle class with brains good enough to be Einstein's first born. Today I would be starting Junior year and hopefully it won't be hell.

I sigh finally stomping out of bed and jump into the shower. I take a quick cold bath to wake myself up then throw on jeans and a long sleeve white crop top. I pull my (for once behaving) dirty blond hair into a ponytail, then throw my phone into my bag.

I look around my room, which could probably be considered a suite. I glance at my bed. I'll miss you, old friend. Then I catch my image in the full length mirror on the back of my bedroom door.

I check my hazel eyes, my wavy layered hair thats a little longer than ny waist, and my 5'6 frame. Something's off.

I run back to my bathroom and take out mascara. I quickly stroke that on my eyelashes. Then I take out my tinted chapstick and put it on my lips.

I smile, resting my hands on the long sink. Silly me.

I walk out of my bathroom and look at myself in the full length mirror again, then frown. No, something is still wrong. I scan my body from head to toe, and stop. Oh my god.

My boobs! It's my boobs!

They look like C Cups or something. I don't understand. Just yesterday they were A cups, what the hell happened?

"Jessica get down here!" My mom screeches.

I ignore her and tentatively reach up and touch my left boob. Argh! That hurt like a-

"Jessica!"

I sigh, "Coming!" I yell back.

I grab my bag and jog down the stairs and into the dining room. Every step hurts slightly. I still manage a genuine smile when met with a delicious looking omelet, juicy bacon, and a tall glass of apple cider. My mouth waters .

I walk into the kitchen and give my mom a quick hug from behind,"Thanks ma."

My mom could easily hire a maid for this but she loves to cook. I think I kinda prefer it this way. My mom's probably better at cooking than any maid money could buy. We use our maid for is other household things: laundry, vacuuming, etc.

"You're welcome baby," She replies.

I walk back into the dining room. Dad's reading To Kill A Mockingbird for the umpteenth time.

I roll my eyes, walk up to his chair, and kiss his cheek,"Morning dad."

"Morning honey," He flashes a me quick smile then returns to Harper Lee every so often taking a sip of coffee.

I smile taking a seat next to Madeline. She turned six a little while ago.

I glance at her,"Hello there little one. "

She frowns at me and narrows her wide eyes,"I am not little,"

I let out a little laugh then turn to my food.

Maddie is nothing like me. She's a dark haired brunette, her skin is much more pale than mine, she's got big cute rosy cheeks, and wide cobalt blue eyes. You could tell she would grow up to be extremely beautiful.

She takes after my father and I look like mom. She also looks kinda looks like snow white, and I look more like Cinderella, minus the blue eyes. My father called us his two little princesses. Maddie loved it.

"I'm done!" I suddenly heard Maddie say.

I chow down the rest of my bacon then gulp down my apple cider.

"Okay, me too."

My mom finally walks into the dining room.

"Good, leave your dishes for Elle."

Elle was our 30 year old maid. She came around 12:00, a few hours before my school ended. Elle picks Maddie up from school because Maddie's school ends at 1:15 and mine ends at 3:45. Plus, I don't always come home right after school.

Mom bends down and kisses dad. I thought it would be a peck but the kiss lasts for a few seconds before I quickly cover Maddie's eyes.

"There are children!"

They break apart and mom giggles. She freaking giggles.

My mom's always had a young, wild, and free soul and I think that's one of the many reasons my Dad loves her. Its why I feel like can tell her anything.

"Bye guys."

They mumble back their farewells before Maddie and I are out the door.
