Holding Hands

"Jimin quickly tell me where Tae is." Namjoon said in a stern manner.

Jimin's mind was going crazy he doesn't know if he should tell Namjoon the truth that he left Seoul to Busan or lie.

"Jimin~ your taking a long time to answer a simple question."

Jimin closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "Namjoon, Coach Kim, the best coach to ever walk this planet-"

"Huh just spit it out!" Namjoon said.

"TaehyungwenttoBusantobeacoachforJeonJungkook!"

Namjoon's semi pissed off face went blank. Jimin looked up to look at  his face. He was met with Namjoon staring at him only blinking.

"WhAT?!"

Jimin cringed as his coach raised his voice. He was sure everyone in this apartment complex heard him.

Footsteps beating along the pavement and heavy breathing is all that can be heard.

Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook  are currently jogging around an empty park, as a warm up.

"H-how much longer?" Jungkook huffed  out.

"Up to-to the bench w-ith our stuff." Taehyung tiredly replied. Both boys finally finished their jog once they reached the brown park bench.

Jungkook staggered towards the bench and immediately sat down. He quickly grabbed a bottle of water and gulped it down.

Taehyung grabbed his own bottle of water and silently drank amused by Jungkook.

"Are you really this tired?" Taehyung chuckled.

Jungkook stopped drinking water and glared at his now coach.

"Shut up it's been 2 months since I quit. And I haven't done much physical activity."

Taehyung hummed. "Okay, then let's wait 4 minutes before going to the frozen lake." He said as he sat down.

As they quietly sat together catching their breath Jungkook was rubbing his hands together and breathing on them, since he forgot his gloves. Taehyung who also didn't bring gloves noticed and was about to hold his hands with his own, however thought against it when he remembered his promise to himself. Which was to keep distance from Jungkook to not make him uncomfortable.

Jungkook secretly saw this and internally smiled. It is no secret that both have crushes on eachother. However Jungkook hides it while Taehyung was bold since the first day they met. 

Jungkook remembered how bold Tae was and slowly moved his hand to Taehyung's. He grabbed his hand and softly intertwined their fingers together. Taehyung was surprised that Jungkook was the one to initiate the hand holding. But he was happy and felt bubbly inside. Neither of them looked at eachother embarrassed  the other would see their blushing face.

"Shall we go to the lake now?" Taehyung quietly asked now looking at Jungkook.

Jungkook softly nodded still avoiding eye contact.

They quickly grabbed their gym bags and walked together hand in hand on the trail to the frozen lake.

The lake was a small body of water that was completely frozen. Big enough for the two of them to skate freely. Jungkook felt excited. He was excited to learn from Taehyung.

"Taehyung how did you know about this this place?" Jungkook asked. He was curious about how Taehyung knew about this place and he didn't.

"I was thinking of practicing at your family's skating rink but I thought it would be nice to have a change of scenery" He let go of Jungkook's hand a sat down on the snow. "I looked up on the internet places with lakes and found this."

Jungkook sat down next to him. Taehyung was busily putting on his ice skates and tying them making sure they were tight enough. Jungkook looked at Taehyung and then down to his busy fingers. He reached out a grabbed his hand again.

Taehyung stopped, both looked into eachothers eyes. The scene was perfect. Lost into each other's eyes, hands intertwined. The morning sun peeking through the leafless trees. Perfect.

Jungkook felt a gravitational pull from Taehyung. Making him inch closer to him. Where did this  braveness come from, he didn't know, but he liked where this was going.

Taehyung subconsciously leaned closer.  His eyes wondered from Jungkook's eyes to his lips and back to his eyes. Meanwhile Jungkook's eyes were looking straight at Taehyung's plump lips.

"J-Jungkook?"

"Hmm" Jungkook responded eyes still on his lips.

"W-why do you w-ant to skate?"

Jungkook looked at Taehyung and back to his lips. He knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to distract him from getting closer to him by asking that question. But no not today. Jungkook had a goal.

Taehyung's eyes widened when Jungkook ignored his question.

"Jungko-ok" Taehyung said nervously.

Both were now close enough to feel eachothers hot breathes. "What happened to bold Taehyung hmm, where did he go." Jungkook smiled softly as he teased the nervous boy.

Hearing this Taehyung gave up and kissed Jungkook. Jungkook hummed in content. The kiss was soft, yet powerful. There lips molded perfectly together. As  their lips picked up the pace Jungkook stood up from the snow and straddled Taehyung. The older placed his hands on Jungkook's waist, while Jungkook wrapped his arms around Taehyung's neck.

This turn of events was unexpected but were they complaining, nope not at all.

Jungkook put his hand on the other's chest and pushed Taehyung back a bit to break the kiss. As Jungkook broke the kiss Taehyung moved forward looking for Jungkook's lips. Jungkook giggled at the older's action. Still in their position with Jungkook on his lap Taehyung hugged Jungkook hiding his face in the crook of his neck.

Jungkook giggled again. "Why are you shy?"

Taehyung looked up at Jungkook. He moved one of his hands from Jungkook's waist to his hair, moving it behind his ear. "It was just unexpected."

Jungkook smiled and leaned in to peck his lips. Taehyung smiled as well.

"We should really start ice skating now"  Taehyung said still with a goofy smile plastered on his handsome face.

"Okie, but first-" Jungkook cupped Taehyung's face with both his hands, Taehyung shuddered at the cold feeling but smiled softly as Jungkook kissed him again. "One more kiss" Jungkook completed his sentence when they broke the kiss.
