A Series of Unexpected Event /PJM FF/ BTS /

it's the morning of our first days rose drove us since she's the only one who can drive between the three. we finally pulled up and there was students outside talking and some going inside. we parked the car and got out the car.

we walked in and rose said she'll go get our schedules so me and hyunjin were just standing talking like weirdos. as we were waiting we kept hearing whispering "newbies" it made me a bit uncomfortable

"hey it's alright don't freak out it's just a new school, plus if you get scared don't worry i'm here"
"thank you hyunjin but you're acting like a playboy" i said laughing
"will you shush it, i'm just trying to make you feel better here" he laughed putting his hands in his pockets

"sorry for taking long but i got them" rose smiled giving us our schedule. i looked at the schedule seeing that we have 6 classes. the basic reading, history, math and science with two extra classes which were english and dance.

they gave us an option on our free elective which we all chose dance but english was mandatory even though we told him we were fluent in the language.

"well this is going to be a boring year" hyunjin saying looking at the schedule

"so what do you have first, i have english" rose stated
"math"
"history...uhhh why are all our classes so boring in the morning" i stated
"well we have to find out" hyunjin said
"hey rose uhh do you know how these halls work" he asked
"mmm no but i think the even are downstairs and odds are upstairs since i was walking to the office the hallways seemed to be even, but my class seems to be downstairs same with you hyunjin"
"great i'm upstairs alone, well see you at lunch guys"
"hey areum want me to walk you" hyunjin asked
"no i'm good thank you hyunjin"

i started walking away finding the nearest stairs. heading up the stairs kids were still saying newbie. i should've asked hyunjin to walk me. i started to get scared. and started to freak out a bit. without realizing someone grabbed my shoulder

"you're scared, not surprise let's go walk"

i'm happy he came back to walk me. i tend to get scared easily when i'm somewhere i'm uncomfortable in.

"thank you again, i don't mean to be like this"
" you don't need to be sorry, you'll been this way for the longest, a way because loser got it" he said
"got it" i said waving bye as he walked away

"who's that your boyfriend newbie" a random girl said
"uhhh noo" i laughed
"thanks" she walked away towards him

cool i thought in my head i walked into the classroom and everyone was seated and talking there  there was a random seat in the back i went and asked the guy sitting there is this seat taken. he said no so i gently sat down. he was just on his phone

"uhh hi" i kindly asked
"hi" he said in a dead tone
"uhhh may i have your name"
"my name is jimin anything else..."
"my name is areum"
"hello areum now please leave me alone"

i stopped talking to him and waited for the class to start. back in the states people were rude so that's nothing unusual.

"good morning class we have a new student joining us today" as she walked to the front of the room
"please stand up"

"hi my name is areum" i said standing up
"tell us two facts about yourself areum" the teacher said
"i like dancing and uhh i came from the states" i  sat down and jimin was staring at me

"you like dancing" he said in his dead voice
