After I said that I saw tires in shisui's eye's but then at that moment he took the step over the edge but I was prepared to grab him at that moment too.

Shisui: why did you catch me!

Itachi: Because of what I said a little bit ago

Itachi' pov,

we were walking to the ninja hospital so that shisui could get help and on our way back to the village some ANBU coming after us so I had to run well holding Shisui in my arms to but I could see a medical ninja from here right outside the hospital and I walked up to her and asked her if she could get Shisui to a room and help him.

Shisui's pov,

I was blacking out by the time we got to the hospital and as Itachi spoke I blacked out and then I had this dream that someone is going to try and kill me so I tried to wake up but I just couldn't for some reason.

a day later

Shisui's pov,

as soon as I woke up I saw Itachi asleep by the hospital bed I was in I thought he looked cute asleep but as soon as I went to rub my finger on his cheek he woke up.

Itachi: What were you doing?

Shisui: -////- nothing

Itachi: shore you weren't Shisui.

Shisui: heheheheheh

Itachi: so are you feeling better now?

Shisui: I am but my eye hurts

Itachi: of course it does your eye got token Shisui

Shisui: oh ya I forgot about that 😅 sorry Itachi

Itachi: it's ok just please don't forget again

Itachi's pov,

after I said that I kissed him he knew how I felt about him and he said he loved me back so what's the problem with that well one a medical ninja walked in on us kissing and it was super embarrassing

Medical ninja: Ummm am I intruding on something

Itachi: no it's ok ( i said in a nervous voice)

medical ninja: well ok Shisui right I need to give you a little check-up and in about two days you should be good to go.

Itachi: that means we can hang out when I don't have missions here

Shisui: yep we can but if you interpret my sleep I will be mad
