It was terrifying. Keefe felt that Sophie was shaking as they advanced on them.
"Run," Keefe and Sophie said almost simultaneously.
They went at one point they looked back to see them running towards them. His eyes were terrified to notice one of the guys had flames burning.
They continue to run, but Sophie tripped and it looked like she broke her ankle. She screamed, "Run!"
But there was no way he was leaving her behind. He scooped her up in his arms, and ran through a crowded street. He soon stopped and she looked up at him and whispered, "you saved me."
Before he could reply a black cloaked figure grabbed them and dragged the toward the other. Then the figure out a cloth on their mouthes, and their minds instantly fogged up. Sedative. Keefe cursed.
He saw Sophie's head loll and her body fell limp.
Soon his did too.
(A/N hey everyone I know what you are all thinking how are people not seeing this. Tell that to Alexei because how in the heck did people not see a bleeding man who was shot in the heart and not find his corpse by a carnival game at a crowded Fourth of July Carnival)
