I have always dreamt of the day where I could tell my husband that I was pregnant, tell my family and friends, tell all of you...but as I become older, I slowly knew that would not be my reality. As a teenager, I was diagnosed with severe Endometriosis.

When I was diagnosed, it didn't affect me. I had just started my modeling career and the least of my concerns was having children. It wasn't until I got engaged with Liam that the news finally started to settle into my brain; I won't be able to give him a child.

From the beginning, I was very honest with him. I told him everything about Endometriosis and he was very supportive. We went to many doctors and trying fertility treatments, in hopes I would become pregnant and we could start our journey to a rising growing family.

Sadly, every time I got pregnant, I miscarried. Four miscarriages in total. It's hard. It's the hardest thing I've been through in life. I would blame myself every time because it felt like I was doing something wrong. So, we tried a surrogate but she also miscarried, which was devastating to us.

As we were slowly giving up hope, my sister offered to become our surrogate. I was beyond happy that my sister was willing to carry a child that would be so meaningful and valuable to the family.

So, to answer everyone's question. Yes — Jess is pregnant. No — it's not Luke or Zayn's baby. She's our surrogate and it's Liam and I's baby!
