Third Person's POV,

The day started rather beautifully-the red Rose's bloom as they dance together with the gentle caressing wind.

The sky was perfectly blue and the sun was high above the sky hidden by small clouds-not to hot but not to cloudy either- over all it's a good day for tea hand-

"Prince Claude!"

And ofcourse a good day for another annoyance to enter the picture. Dressed in gaudy green gown with her long brown hair tied in a low ponytail came in Penelope- a big smile breaking it's way to her pale face.

It could have been nice if only Levi didn't know her intentions.

"Lady Penelope-" Claude came running towards her- almost like a hurricane swirling with emotions ready to devour anything on it's way. Levi loved to see that- but he hated where its heading.

Penelope grabbed a hold of Claude's hands-apinning the two of them in a merry round, they are still kids anyways- 15- still kinds in Levi's opinion.

"Welcome to the Palace My Lady" all the servants bow-including Levi to the future lady of the house.

"You don't have to do that!" With a bashful face Penelope painted the picture of a walking saint- swooning everyone except for one man.

His violet eyes swirl with utmost disgust but kept it under his own point of view.

"By the way-this is Levi my frie-Royal Guard!" Claude was quick to change the formalities of their title- scared that the servants may report him. He really shouldn't Levi is here to protect him anyways- but Levi loved it in secrete.

-- a twisted feeling of rush would always fill his stomach everytime Claude tried to hide their friendship- it was undeering as it is adorable.

"Thank You for taking good care of My Fiancee Sir Octavian" the woman stated- bowing in a peaceful manner that Levi quickly reciprocated.

"Please my Lady-- call me Nero" he stated, getting on his one knee to kiss the woman's hands- he wanted to gag. "It had always been- and will always be a pleasure to serve the Second Prince and everything he treasures"

There was blush on Penelope's cheeks, embarrass as she shyly pull back her hands-free scenery would have been cute if the others didn't know what's the meaning behind Levi's introduction.

It's not that subtle but- anyone who had been given the permission to call Levi- Nero had never been in good books. It's like a sign to be wary of the said person given the permission.

"Alright! Now that all introductions are done- shall we head to the garden?" Claude suddenly butt in- smiling brightly as Levi smiled back- "ofcourse My Lord shall I lead the way?" The male asked gently- looking at Claude with unguarded gentleness that it left some of the maids blushing.

"A-Alright- lead the way Levi" Claude stammered blushing as well as he tried to calm the weird pattern of his heart- 'it's happening again' Claude thought as he watch Levi turn around and offered to hold an umbrella to shield Claude from the sun.

"You two seemed very close" Penelope asked again- Claude rearing back the redness of his cheeks as he listen to his new female companion. "Ah yes- Levi has been on my side for years now- ever since we were kids"

There was a flash in Penelope's green eyes- something poor and innocent Claude couldn't catch but Levi obviously did.

"Well his services have been a very appreciated- keeping you safe is the most important things anyways!" Penelope stated smiling as she push pass Levi to hold hands with Claude. "But soon- you'll have to learn to lift a sword Claude- to protect your woman and yourself!"

Basically saying Claude needs to learn how to fight and not defend to Levi anymore- but to Levi he saw it as the start of her master plan-

--- removing anyone who could sully or sabotage her in her evil plans. She knows Levi doesn't like her.

"O-Ofcourse! Levi will teach me how to lift a sword " Claude hurriedly stated a she looked at his friend. "Right Levi?"

I would rather have you not sulky yours beautiful hands- Levi wanted to say that. Blood and Innocence doesn't really mix well your majesty.

"Of course My Lord- but you holding a sword will be the least of hour problems" Levi countered gently- making sure to shield Claude from the sun- "As long as I'm alive- You will shed the least blood on the floor as possible"

He smiled- Claude blushing and huffing, saying how Levi is always treating him like a child and how much he embaress him. But the servants who watch didn't miss the gentle concave of Levi's eyes as he spoke to Claude while Claude's posture would soften if he spoke to his knight.

Evidently it feels like Penelope is ruining the scene- but the soul of a lion escaped their hearts knowing how much power Penelope had.

The three along with a few servant soon reached the red rose garden- a place Claude held great importance- most of the Rose's planted here are gifts from Levi's letters.

"Wow! This place is so beautiful- did you arrange this for me Claude?" Penelope asked, smiling grandly as she hug the Prince's hands tightly.

Levi wanted Claude to tell her No- but the prince seemed to be too kind to embarass her - "O-ofcourse" Claude stated- looking down in shame as he could feel Levi's gentle stare.

'Its okay my Lord- don't be sad" Levi wanted to hug the poor boy- it's okay for him if Claude wanted to keep that a secrete to- as long as he knows whatever is behind things Levi will be fine- though Claude seemed to not be fine.

His been emitting an aura of shame and despair. "Oh its so lovely Claude-" Penelope rejoiced as she approached a bush of Blue roses- hands out ready to snatch a piece when Claude snatch her hand away-

"Why don't we go and drink tea?" He hurriedly asked- pulling Penelope away from the precious Blue roses. "Oh but-"

"I heard Rosemary is finest when newly brewed my Lady" Levi butt in- shielding the blue roses away from Penelope's greedy green eyes.

"But-" Penelope pushed in- searching for the beautiful crystal blue roses- wanting to snatch even just a single petal.

"Come now-lets not keep the tea and sweets waiting" Claude had half drag and half guide her away with Levi still following behind blocking her view from the said roses.

This is gonna be a long day-thats for sure.
