People's bloodied bodies on the ground the sight was unbearable. The sight of one person caught my eyes was a girl with black hair with heart shaped face, she was beautiful under all the blood that covered her and the bruises and wounds. I went closer to her and I screamed really loudly.
I bolted out of the bed with sweat running through my face and body. I was panting and panicking. I can't believe what I just saw. That girl, was me. I was lying on the floor with blood all over my body. But how? That place was unfamiliar I haven't seen anything like that before, have I? Well I don't know. But why was I on the ground almost dead or dead I wasn't sure?
Before, I could have a headache for thinking too much, I heard my door being opened to reveal Ella. "Sorry, I knocked but you didn't answer so I let myself in' Ella said. "No problem is your house anyway sooo yeah." Ella nodded at my response and said"umm breakfast is ready so you can freshen up and we after we are done eating we will go to the mall to get u some clothes how about that, oh I almost forgot here,some clothes for you". I nodded in response and pointed to the washroom signifying Ella that I am going to freshen up.
She got the sign and exited the room. I brushed my teeth, did my business, I showered using a strawberry shampoo. And I exited the washroom. I put on some undergarments Ella brought in along with some faded jeans and a yellow blouse.
I exited the room, I climbed down the stairs and and saw Lynn in the dinn table eating her breakfast. ''Hello, Iris '
''Hi, Lynn"sit down'' next to me Iris." I nodded my head. Ella brought pancakes and some orange juice. I thanked her and digged in. When the first bite hit my mouth I moaned. "Hmm Ella this is some amazing pancakes'' she thanked me and left the dining table to the kitchen. Lynn finished her breakfast and went to the kitchen to empty her plates. She kissed her mother goodbye, waved me goodbye and she exited the house. ''she is going to school'' Ella answered my unasked question and I just nodded.
After I had finished eating, I kept the plate in the dishwasher as instructed my Ella. And we walked out of the house. I didn't see Henry so I thought He went to work. We walked towards her car and we hoped on and drove to the mall.
We arrived at the mall and we first entered Victoria's secret, I bought some bras and panties and we went to forever 21 and bought some shirts, jeans and skirts. We continued shopping until I felt my stomach rumble. ''Ella I am hungry". "Okay, there is food court in the mall, we can go there" I nodded and we went to the food court. We reached the food court and we ordered food. I ordered fries and coke with some grilled chicken. And Ella ordered chicken hamburger and Pepsi. We sat at the table nearer to the window in the court.
I looked out the window, looking at couples holding hands and children with their parents talking about going to the playground and whatnot. " You are starting school next week" Ella said and broke me out of my trance."why am I going to school" "umm, people might suspect " "why"."Because children your age are supposed to go to school, to acquire prop education and a sustainable future""but I don't know my age" "don't worry u look like your 17 years."I nodded my head. And Ella continued talking about school and I just zoned out.
Wait a second why would Ella and Henry take me in just like that? Is it Because I have no memories? And they feel responsible to take care of me? Maybe so. Hmm. And why does she say I look like 17? How would she know that and for I know I could be 18 or 16 or even 19?
Our food comes and we dig in. The food was very delicious, I stopped eating when the bell chimed, and three very attractive guys walked in.
People here seemed to notice them and bared their neck towards them even Ella. I think it is to show submission. But why would they do that? They were really hot like fuck. They ordered their food and left which made everyone relived. I looked at Ella for any explanation but she doesn't say anything. Hmm strange, very strange indeed I thought.
