THE PARKER SISTER (ROSIE PARKER)

CHAPTER 3

(FLASHBACK 1988)
My father had me try practicing my magic in the past few days and now it was the fifth. It failed due to me being a siphoner and I don't have my own magic .

"Try breathing Rose, clear your mind and focus on the candle only   do you understand!" my father yells at me.
"I'm trying it's not working," I say trying to hold my sobs together and not bursting out in front of my father.
"let me try an easier spell," I suggest not knowing that I would be yelled even more

"What's more easier than lighting a flame in a candle," he yells
"Unless you are an abomination just like your elder brother, Malakai," he says coming into realization.
"No father, see I'm trying to light I just need space," I say muttering some of the spells I had my eldest sister Jo mutter

"no stop, you are going to stay there where he is, where you all belong," he tells me, I get enraged
"no! I don't deserve this neither does Malakai!" I say practically shouting at him. I feel a strand of pain across my face causing me to flip and fall on the table where the candle was.

I rush and  hold his hand as he starts to scream at me. I don't know what I'm doing so when I come into realization that I'm hurting my father, I'm shocked and freeze at scene infront of me. Suddenly I feel a pair of hands on me. "slow down, your hurting him,"

I heard the voice and quickly recognized that it was my oldest brother Malakai, who was also called 'an abomination'. I turned all my attention towards him leaving my father alone from the pain I was causing him. I buried my head into his chest and sobbed even more when he told me that it was okay.

After he comforted me I looked at my father and lend down to help him up, but he just pushed me to the side and started a pain infliction spell on me
"Stop can't you see your hurting an innocent poor girl, she has nothing to do with....." I heard it being Malakai's voice and darkness consumed me

(FLASHBACK ENDS)
I woke up, happy to see the sunlight peeking through my window. Mabye my happiness was established due to the fact that I was going to get my brother back or I was going to get my magic back, which both brought me happiness.

I flopped out of my bed and ready to start my day.
I get ready for the day have showerd and brought the sweet scent on my skin. Damon and I had agreed the previous day to meet with the ascendant in the werehouse, but apparently he was not there. I used a locator spell and found him.

"Damon where are you?"  I ask on the other end of the line
"Oh Rosie I have the ascendant, you just have look for me harder," he says on the other end of the line and I could almost see the smirk on his face.
"You do know that I can find you in a matter of seconds, right?" I ask him

"Yeah but I want the chase to be more thrilling you know," he says  and I know that he is just playing mind games with me, but I decide to lash out in matters of seconds I know where he is, in the Whitmore University dormitories.

I knew that he was there when I appeared in front of them they were all surprised and I found it amusing and a smirk crept on my face
"Did I forget to mention that I don't like to play games Damon, when I want something I get it," I said and smirked more when I saw a frightened look upon the brunette who I assumed was Elena, I moved close to her and touched her face with my middle finger

"And you must be Elena, right?" I asked the two male strong vampires who were the only ones on the room, not directing the question to Elena.
"I'll take that as a yes," I say looking at the Salvatore Brothers.

I turn my attention towards the brunette leaning closer to her face while my hand is touching her cheek looking deep into her eyes "you have soft skin," I pause for a moment and glance at her lips intensely
