CHAPTER 5(PART 2)

She starts to cough up blood which scares me
"and.... and I will give your memories of Damon back." she said vividly.
"you will  be happy with your life," she continues but this time I interrupt her with
"what if I'm not? what if you sacrifice our love for something that's not worth," I blurt out.
I lean closer to her, our foreheads touching her lips inches away. The only thought that crosses my mind is how I would passionately kiss her but she turns around.
" stop it Elena you have a boyfriend, "she says almost comming as a whisper.
" don't you dare say that to me, as long as I don't have my memories, I don't love him I love you Rosie it's insane but it's true, "I tell practically saying the truth.
" once you are of here you'll forget me and I'll return Damon's memories, "she says it her mind made up, I don't bring it up again.
" did you know reaching out to me would make me forget you , "I ask her her and she didn't speak.
" Rose! "
" Yes I knew you would forget me, but I was willing to take that risk, because you are far better with Damon that with me, that's all you should know, "she says with a firm voice, I admire her even more.
" I love you Rose, "I say while sobs escaping my mouth.
" I love you too Elena, "she says to me, which makes me happy.
Suddenly she is pulled in away that is painful,
All I wanted to know if she felt the same way but I'm going to forget it anyway.

ROSIE'S POV
I woke up gasping for air, I looked around and say kai seated next to me,
"O my God Rosie you finally woke up," Kai said while pulling me into a hug.
"That Gemini coven I'm going to slaughter it, it's going to be a blood bath,"I said with so much hate in my voice.
" woah before you do that, first get some rest, "he said while taking me to my bed.
" you know in my life, I have never been afraid of anything, but seeing you sleeping there not knowing if the Gemini witches would help, I felt scared, "he said but I could see the hurt in his voice.
" don't worry I reached out to Elena Gilbert, I knew that they would help her, now I need some rest, "I said while sitting on the edge of the bed.
" okay I'll give you time to rest, "he said and I saw he had something bothering him
" what's bothering you? "I asked him
" nothing, "he answers  nervously,and I gave him a look,
" okay I was just wondering, do you care about the Salvatores and their gang? "he asked
" No, "I answered and he nodded.
" now get out I need my beauty sleep, "I told him and he left leaving me to drift off to sleep

KAI'S POV
I left Rosie to sleep since she was tired. I went to the kitchen and poured myself a glass of wine and started to get worried about her. While she was in a coma she said something about Elena Gilbert and I'm worried that she will be leaving me soon.

(FLASHBACK 1994)
I was leaving the woods, heading to the compound to get Rosie when Jo came before me she was sweating
"kai something has happened to Rosie and she is not waking up,"she said and with those few words that came out of her mouth I ran out of the woods heading to the compound. When I reached there I saw Rosie on the ground trying to stund up, I rushed to her and hugged her tightly not wanting to let her go ever,but she pulled away saying "Run kai, they are using me," her words didn't come out clear due to the blood she coughed
"I can't leave you, you are not okay," I said sitting her down.
"Run Kai! I'll be fine," she yelled while smiling softly.
"I love you Rosie, and if I'll die protecting you so be it," I said to her.
"it's all my fault Kai," she said breaking into sobs.
"no its not," I said while I heard the Gemini coven chant. I smiled at her softly and I the last thing I saw was a light white bright color.
And I was stuck in the prison world.
(FLASHBACK ENDS)

ROSIE'S POV
I woke up in the middle of the night my head hurting.
I headed downstairs to the kitchen to get some water.
When I reached downstairs I saw Kai sleeping In the couch, I went and knelt in front of him.
"Kai," I started while glancing at his lips, I leaned closer putting a peck on his lips.
"I have always loved you, but I know that it's wrong because you are my brother and I'm your sister," I finished and sighed
"Elena Gilbert was a good distraction but she is gone, and my feelings for you and her are complicated, I'll have to figure out what I feel for her, because for eighteen years I have been in love with you," I said admitting was I always felt for Kai and knowing that he will never hear it agan because now the time I had courage he is asleep, I guess I'll stay secretly in love with you.
" Goodnight Kai, "I said while I kissed him in the lips one last time, and headed to the kitchen.
After I finished drinking my water and headed back upstairs.

ELENA'S POV
I woke up feeling myself although I had some weird dreams.
I got off my bed and walked in the bathroom, took a shower and I was ready to start my day.
"Caroline, who almost scared me," I said while I got out of the bathroom to find Caroline sitting on my bed.
"yeah I almost," she said with a fake smile.
"Caroline is everything okay?" I asked sensing there was something wrong.
"yes, I'm just not...... I'm not happy with whatever feelings you have for Rose," she said which added the confusion
"Caroline what are you talking about, and who is Rose," I asked so confused but she tensed up.
"forget I said that and tell me your plans for today's menu," she said a bit nervous which added to the question who is Rose , but I chose to drop it.
"I thought that I would go to the coffee shop with Damon try to get my memories back you know," I said sitting with her on the edge of the bed.
She just smiled nervously and asked
"do you love Damon?" she asked while her dead heart beat tensed up
"yes I know that I may have  forgotten
him but I still love him," I answered like it was obvious and then I sighed
"thats why I'm going to try everything to make sure I remember Damon,"
"Elena, mabye you should go and get your memories from the witch,"she said and I looked at her confused
" what do mean 'the witch'? "I asked
" Damon made a deal with a witch to get your memories back, and you love him so much I think you should go, "she said
" okay I'll go talk to Damon first before I think about the witch, "I said as I headed to the coffee shop.

ROSIE'S POV
I have been contemplating my feelings towards everyone around me.
What do I feel for Kai?
What to I feel for Elena?
I decided that I should give Elena her memories back, but why am I so  disturbed in the thought of giving her memories back? I'm I falling in love with her? I can't fall in love with her.
I made up my mind that although it disturbs me I will give her memories back.
I'm on my way to the coffee shop that she was headed to.
When I reached there I don't know what happened but I froze at the sight of her.
I intentionally bumped into her
" oh sorry I didn't see you there," I said while I looked up to be meet with her hazel eyes.
" its not your fault its mine, I wasn't looking where I was going," she said to me while smiling softly.
" its okay.. my name is Rosie nice to meet you," I said returning the soft smile. She looked at me with  surprised eyes.

" I'm Elena, Elena Gilbert, nice to meet you Rosie,"she said while looking into my eyes, she had the best smile ever it was so sincere.
" the pleasure is mine..... you will thank me later for this, "I said as I touched her wrist and chanted a spell.
Memories started flooding into her and her eyes started turning white.
After I finished the spell her eyes turned normal.
I opened my eyes and saw her num not moving a muscle.
I left her there in the sidewalk, although it pained me.
'Now that the Elena drama is over I'm going to deal with the Kai drama'I said to myself as I headed back to the apartment.
