[I wake up to my phone ringing. I groan and pick up my phone. I see Mila calling me. I answer]
Me- Hello..?
Mila(on phone)- Did you just wake up?
Me- Yeah.. I went to sleep late last night..
Mila(on phone)- Anyways, you wanna know what your surprise is?
Me- Duh!
Mila(on phone)-(she chuckles) Mom will tell you.
Me- Mila!!
Mila(on phone)- Bye!
[She hangs up and I rub my eyes. I look at the time and see it's 12:48pm. I get out of bed and change into this:

I then head downstairs to the kitchen where my mom is sitting down at the table looking through a magazine]
Mom- You slept in.
Me- Yeah.. I was watching Netflix last night..
Mom- Anyways, your sister and I have a surprise for you.
Me- I know. She told me last night. I really wanna know what it is.
Mom- Well, it's arriving soon.
Me- You got me something?!
Mom- You'll see.
[I serve myself a plate of what my mom made for breakfast. I then sit down and eat. After I finish, I hear a knock on the front door]
Mom- Can you get it, honey?
Me- Uh-huh..
[I head to the front door and open it]
Me- Mila?!
[I see she has tears in her eyes as she puts her arms out to give me a hug. I feel my eyes well up with tears as I run into her arms. We hug for a while as we start sobbing. We then stop and I wipe my eyes]
