Mermaid Keith x Human Lance

LANCE'S POV

My mother and I were packing up everything you need for a best day at the beach. Mi mama is the best at making delicious food. We packed a bunch of food.

I decided to carry the food to the car. We were going for a picnic. As soon as we packed up I saw my best friend running towards me. He is also coming. My mom would let anyone come along as long as there parents or them are ok with it.

"dude. What took u so long to come" I asked. "are u ok buddy" I said with a chuckle. Hunk was panting.

"yea... And u won't believe what I saw on the news today" He said.

"what did you saw? Is it a good news or bad news?" I asked with curiosity.

"They found a mermaid! Or was it a merman... Anyways. It is all over news. They even caught it. I kinda feel bad for it though" Hunk said worried about the mermaid or mermaid.

"whoa. They caught it. Poor thing. It must be really scared " I said.

" Oh they actually saw two but captured one and has putten it in the aquarium" Hunk said.

"maybe we can go and visit it tomorrow" I said getting into the car.

"yea, maybe" Hunk said as he hoped into the car

~TIME SKIP~

We were playing beach volleyball with everyone until one of us hitted the ball too hard that it went straight into a cave. It was my turn to get the ball.

I went into the cave. It was dark and  creepy. There was a huge lake inside the cave. There were crystals on the wall and the lake was glowing. The ball was in the lake flouting further and further.

"ugh, now how am I supposed to get the ball" I yelled. There were echos.

KEITH'S POV~

I was stuck in a cave in a huge lake. There were nowhere to go. I was swimming around till I saw something flouting on top of the water. It was round and colorful.

I tried to go and touch it till I heard echoes. I decided to take a little peek and saw a beautiful angel with no wings. Which I am assuming it's a human.

I've heard a lot of rumors about the humans. That they are people who tries to kill us.

But I don't see that from him. He looks amazingly handsome. I never believed in those weird ass rumors. I am more of rebel.

"Do you need help" I asked the human. He seemed to jump as if he is terrified.

"who are u and what are u doing here?" He asked. Do I dare to answer him? No.

"look, do you want help or not" I accidentally yelled. I didn't really mean to scare anyone.

"sorry, I have anger issues," I said softly.

"it's OK. Is this water safe to swim in. I know it's a stupid question but this water seems to glow.... So.... I wanted...to know if it's safe" he asked. It was kinda awkward but I decided to answer him.

"it is a great place to swim in. It's so fresh and clean, unlike the ocean" I said.

He decided to jump in and grab the weird thing that was floating on the water.

I just wished I could grab him and kiss him. But I know that is called being rude.

"it's really cold in the water" he said getting out.

"I never knew humans could swim" I muttered. Unfortunately he heard what I said.

"what do you mean by that. Anyone can swim if they learned to swim" he said lifting up one eyebrow.

I got more and more nervous. I don't know why but I don't think he heard off us.

He jumped in the water again but going deeper.

"You...a..are a mermaid" He stuttered
